Own electric charging station available. We and our 2 cats live in the same house on the first floor and 2nd floor. Shared house entrance.

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

Cozy 2-room apartment with approx. 35 square meters plus Balcony. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021 and equipped with a new kitchen. If required, a cot can be delivered upon prior request. Shared use of the garden, including chairs/sun loungers, play equipment, trampoline and table tennis, is available. A train station pick-up service is also possible.

Our bright and friendly holiday apartment has a direct view of Lake Tegernsee and is located in the immediate vicinity of the Monte Mare Seesauna. The boat departure point is opposite, as is a public car park, which, however, only allows free parking for one hour and is then very expensive at €8 per hour. An alternative to this is the central car park Tegernsee.
