It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

In the heart of the western low mountain range lies the picturesque Götzens. My place is centrally located in a quiet location. Innsbruck is a 15-minute bus or car ride away. Shopping and culture in the Alpine environment! In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor. There is also an indoor swimming pool, skating rink and a tennis court nearby. The ski resort is 300 m away and is a 5-minute walk. Pets are not allowed.

In the kitchen there is everything to prepare small delicacies. 2 hotplates, microwave with baking function, toaster, Coffee capsule machine (coffee capsules free) and coffee maker French press, kettle ......... The bathroom has a barrier-free shower and toilet. From the balcony you have a very nice view of the mountains.

In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon.
