The Trullo Apulia is an exclusive property, made by recovering an original ancient historic domed house (called "Trullo Saraceno"), enriched by swimming pool, Jacuzzi and steam room for private use, in a scenic location, just 2 km from Ostuni and 10 km from the beautiful beaches of Puglia. It can accommodate up to 8 people. Note: the reservation fee does not include consumptions of electricity (0.50€/kWh), gas (5€/m3) and the tourist tax (1€/day for each person for the first 5 days) that will be calculated and paid at the end of your stay. Ciascuna unità comprende una sala da pranzo con camino, TV a led satellitare e divano-letto matrimoniale, un cucinino completo di elettrodomestici (frigo-freezer, forno elettrico, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, piccoli elettrodomestici)e una camera da letto con bagno privato, completo di doccia emozionale per cromoterapia. Ideale per 2 famiglie di amici che, fatta salva la privacy, possono godere di momenti comuni di relax e divertimento, può anche essere utilizzata come unica unità abitativa, utilizzando una delle due zone living come terza camera da letto matrimoniale. Tutti gli ambienti della casa sono climatizzati e dispongono di connessione internet WiFi. Gli ospiti hanno a disposizione un parcheggio privato. L’intera struttura ha una capacità ricettiva massima di 8 posti letto, mettendo a disposizione dei suoi ospiti ben 4 bagni, di cui 2 interni completi, un’area benessere con bagno turco, aromaterapia, ampia vasca idromassaggio (che si affaccia su una suggestiva parete rocciosa), doccia emozionale con cromoterapia e servizi igienici ed 1 bagno esterno (water+lavandino) con doccia. L’esclusiva piscina a sfioro di acqua salata con idromassaggio è immersa nel verde della macchia mediterranea. Questa oasi di privacy e di relax dispone di tutto il necessario, inclusa una Zona solarium, la doccia esterna ed il bagno di pertinenza. La profondità dell’acqua della piscina risponde ai requisiti di legge per garantire la massima sicurezza anche dei più piccoli. Molteplici sono gli spazi esterni arredati e le ambientazioni minimal chic che consentono agli ospiti di pranzare o cenare su un ampia terrazza panoramica ombreggiata da un gazebo cannucciato o di gustare, appena svegli, una ricca prima colazione all’aperto, in un’area attrezzata proprio davanti alla portafinestra della propria camera da letto, respirando i profumi dei campi, nell’intimità della luce del primo mattino. Al tramonto, l’unicità del trullo e del giardino circostante, vengono ancor più esaltati dall’illuminazione serale, che vi regalerà nuove emozioni ed un fascino indimenticabile, rallegrati dai sapori inconfondibili dei cibi grigliati al barbecue. Il complesso abitativo è frutto di una recentissima ristrutturazione di costruzioni dal valore storico (il Trullo Saraceno dalla caratteristica cupola bianca è ancora più antico del trullo a cono), in cui il sapiente recupero dei materiali, delle tecniche e dei canoni tipici dell’architettura e della storia pugliese, hanno consentito un restauro di interni ed esterni che mantenesse una linea fortemente evocativa e rispettosa dei luoghi, anche nell’arredamento dai colori chiari e naturali, studiati con la massima attenzione ai dettagli e costituito da pezzi unici e originali. Il fascino della location non conosce paragoni: la costruzione si affaccia su un giardino terrazzato caratterizzato dai tipici muretti a secco, oltre i quali si apre, a perdita d’occhio, su un’area di circa 6.000 mq di pertinenza esclusiva della casa, una valle di magnifici ulivi secolari su terra rossa. Un agrumeto, un frutteto, ampie aree di macchia mediterranea tra le quali trovano spazio molte piante ed erbe aromatiche, dischiudono immagini, in un tripudio di colori e profumi di natura incontaminata che illuminano gli occhi ed allietano la mente. l frutti e gli ortaggi tipici pugliesi, totalmente biologici, sono a disposizione degli ospiti. The whole structure can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The Trullo Apulia combines the unmistakable Mediterranean style with modern comforts, for a unique atmosphere and original stay based on relaxation, privacy and natural wellbeing. The structure consists of 2 units (trullo with 3 cones + lamia) totally independent, but communicating with each other, separated by a lockable door. Each unit includes a dining room with fireplace, satellite TV LED and a double sofa bed, full kitchen with appliances (fridge-freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, small appliances) and a bedroom with a private bathroom, complete emotional shower for color therapy. Ideal for two families of friends who, preserving their privacy, can enjoy common relaxation and fun moments, can also be used as a single unit, using one of the two living areas as a third bedroom. All rooms in the house have air conditioning and WiFi internet access. Guests have access to a private car park. The whole structure has a maximum capacity of 8 beds, offering its guests: 4 bathrooms, of which 2 complete in the house and 2 external, a wellness area with steam room, aromatherapy, whirlpool bath (which overlooks a picturesque rock wall), emotional color therapy shower, toilet and outside 1 external bathroom (water + basin) with shower. The unique infinity pool with salt water with whirlpool is surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. This oasis of privacy and relaxation has everything you need, including a solarium area, outdoor shower and bathroom. The pool water depth meets the legal requirements to ensure maximum safety of children. The guests can dine on a wide panoramic terrace, surrounded by external spaces furnished in a minimal chic style, shaded by a gazebo. The housing complex is the result of a recently renovation of the historic buildings (the Trullo Saraceno with its characteristic white dome is even more ancient then the Trullo with cone), in which the wise recovery of original materials, traditional techniques and typical architectural standards, led a restoration of interiors and exteriors that maintained a strongly evocative silhouette respectful of places, even in furniture with bright and natural colors, designed with great attention to detail and consists of unique and original pieces. The charm of the location is unmatched: the building overlooking a terraced garden characterized by typical stone walls and surrounded by 6,000 square meters of red earth and magnificent olive trees for exclusive use. Citrus and fruits trees, a large areas of Mediterranean forest with many plants and herbs, disclose a nature with thousands of colors and scents that illuminate the eyes and gladden the mind. "La Fortezza" villa with sea view

La Fortezza is a villa surrounded by greenery and the absolute quiet of its private park, among centuries-old olive trees, a grove of oaks and an orchard. It is located on a hill, just 6 km from the crystal clear sea of Polignano a Mare (BLUE FLAG SINCE 2008 and 5 LEGAMBIENTE SAILS) with its wonderful sea caves to discover by boat. The villa is made exclusively of stone, wood and glass, on two levels, and is characterized by the presence of one hectare of park, a large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, and a solarium. Inside the park, to stay in perfect shape during your vacation at La Fortezza, a fully equipped gym is available to guests (free of charge) with an elliptical, bench and dumbbells, punching bag and gloves, and total body workout equipment. The wood-burning oven and barbecue are available for guests to prepare and enjoy pizzas, focaccias and outdoor grills. The panoramic terrace, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the expanse of olive trees, white farms, sky and sea, is about 40 square meters and is furnished with a large dining table in the shade of three holm oaks that "emerge" from the garden below: the wooden floor was built respecting the presence of the trees through the creation of the slots in correspondence with the trunks.
