La casa è un trullo del 1800, tutto ristrutturato, dotato di riscaldamento ed aria condizionata, Smart TV e WI-FI. La camera da letto è dotata di un letto matrimoniale con comodini, lampade da lettura e armadio. Nella sala, dotata di frigo, forno microonde, tostapane e macchina espresso caffè, è sistemato un divano letto; è possibile cucinare e pranzare su tavolo per 4 persone. Dalla sala si accede al bagno dotato di lavatrice, acqua calda, tutti i sanitari WC, lavabo, bidet, doccia con cabina.

The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. The property consists of a double bedroom (with air conditioning), a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) overlooking a veranda with gazebo, a living room with sofa bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined to form a double bed. Each room has a TV.
