Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in South Italy

Die kleine Wohnung liegt wirklich traumhaft. Die vorgelagerte Straße hat uns kaum gestört, da der Blick auf das Meer und die Dünenlandschaft - sowohl bei stürmisch-regnerischem Wetter als auch bei Sonnenschein einfach fantastisch ist. Den etwas längeren Weg zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (fußläufig etwa 20-30 Minuten) nahmen wir gerne zum Anlass für ausgiebige Morgen-Spaziergänge am Meer und durch die (saisonbedingt) noch etwas verschlafenen Straßen des Ferien, Wochenend- und Sommerhäuschen geprägten Torre di San Giovanni. Insgesamt ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in das gesamte Salento. Wie schon öfters beschrieben, ist die Wohnung mit der kleinen Küche top ausgestattet, wir haben hier überhaupt nichts vermisst . Die Kommunikation mit Emanuela und ihren Eltern ist vorbildlich. Die Restaurant Tipps konnten wir nicht alle ausprobieren, bei Nachfragen hatten wir spätestens nach 30 Minuten hilfreich und zielführende Antworten! Danke für diese unvergesslichen Tage!!!

La casa di Marco è ottimamente posizionata nel centro di Pescasseroli da dove è possibile raggiungere facilmente tutte le località del Parco Nazionale, la vicinanza del parcheggio auto rende tutto molto semplice. La casa è graziosa e spaziosa, in quattro ci siamo stati comodamente. Marco è stato molto utile per consigli ed indicazioni di viaggio. Grazie!

An incredible experience not in a house but a home with a friendly host that instantly makes you feel safe being always there looking over things and being always there. Not only a home but a good place to live in: beautiful, highly aesthetic, blending in the overall architecture, with absolutely everything you need for a very comfortable stay: a/c, hot water, fully equipped kitchen, fully practical bathroom, super terrace to have breakfast or dinner. The sea is near and the town is simply a fairytale. The host made everything even more magic. Thank you. A holiday to keep to the heart.

L’appartamento é semplicemente splendido. Incredibile la cura dei particolari e l’ ottimizzazione degli spazi. La posizione é strategica, tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo molto vicina al paese e alle spiagge, raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Mohammed é un host molto accogliente e disponibile, per qualsiasi necessità potete contare su di lui. Se alloggerete qui non dovrete pensare a nulla se non a rilassarvi. Grazie di tutto, torneremo sicuramente!

Perfect place to stay for a few nights. Naples in itself is crowded, noisy, and a-lot of litter in the streets. But once you look past all that its ok city to visit, if you do then this airbnb is the place to go.

Maria’s place is lovely, set in the pedestrian area of Capri! Be prepared for a bit of an uphill trek to get there, but it’s worth it for the property and views, note that this is a small house at the back of a larger property but it’s well equipped. Maria was very helpful in answering any questions we had. The bed was a bit firm for us, especially when sore from all the walking, but we still slept well and enjoyed our stay.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in dit appartement waar alles bijna nieuw was. Veel waar voor dit geld! Op een zeer bijzondere en rustige plek onder de besneeuwde top van de berg. Eigenaar spreekt zelf geen Engels maar probeert zich duidelijk te maken met gebaren en geduld. Zijn zoon spreekt wel Engels. Toen we aankwamen werden we door Google maps verkeerd gestuurd. Zoek in de buurt naar KOLIBA om bij deze plek te komen. We werden gastvrij ontvangen met koffie/thee en een zelfgemaakte jenever. Was erg gezellig! Top locatie waar we graag in de toekomst weer naar toe willen!

Chciałbym każdemu polecić to miejsce i tych wspaniałych gospodarzy. Mieliśmy okazję poznać ich osobiście. Prawdę mówiąc uratowali nam wakacje, wykazując się empatią odbierając w nocy ze stacji kolejowej oddalonej o kilkanaście kilometrów. Jeszcze raz dziękujemy, jesteście wspaniałymi ludźmi! Dom jest piękny, nawet ładniejszy niż na zdjęciach. Okolica urokliwa, nad którą góruje Etna. Jeśli jeszcze się zastanawiasz czy warto, to już nie musisz. Znajdziesz tu wszystko, czego potrzebujesz, aby spędzić miło pobyt na Sycyli.

Très bel appartement, vue incroyable, très bien équipé et à proximité de la plage. Plage privée et public avec toujours de la place. Situé entre Perast et Kotor , véhicule indispensable( attention à la circulation souvent embouteillée ). Natalya a toujours été réactive a nos demandes.

Casale rustico splendidamente ristrutturato. Appartamento al piano terra, pulito, molto attrezzato, riscaldato, climatizzato, corrispondente alle foto. Marco è stato gentilissimo durante il soggiorno e per il check in. La posizione della casa è ottima con un auto per visitare i dintorni. La zona è molto tranquilla, con belle vedute sui colli e i monti. La proprietà è adiacente a una strada provinciale molto poco trafficata e l'esterno è condiviso con i proprietari che abitano nella casa adiacente. Soggiorno piacevolissimo.

La casetta di Marina è un luogo per esplorare la zona dell'Etna. Piccola ed essenziale ma dotata di tutto il necessario per essere vissuta al meglio. Bellissimo l'affaccio sul giardino dei cactus. Marina è una host super disponibile e attentissima a ogni esigenza. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio.

"La casa di Giulia" was the perfect getaway for us. Laura is an amazing host, she did everything she could (and beyond) to accommodate our needs. The house itself is super cozy and equipped with anything you can wish for. It's only a 2 mins walk away from the sea and located in a small authentic Sicilian village. I can highly recommend this place for anyone who would like to enjoy Sicily away from tourist madness, experiencing the life of a local. The rooftop terrace is the cherry on top ;) Thank you again Laura for your kindness and hospitality!

Ottima comunicazione con Giancarlo, ottima posizione con vetrata in cucina da poter ammirare il Paesaggio con bei palazzi ed Alberi Innevati. 150m dal centro che si trova a via Roma. Ambiente bello caldo con bagno e doccia nuovi, balcone su strada e terrazzina che affaccia all'interno. Complimenti

Tolles Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage! Man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Besonders wichtig für uns: es war alles sehr sauber. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto nur 3 Minuten weg. Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in dem Haus von Sabrina.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in einer ruhigen, idyllischen Umgebung, genau wie beschrieben. Jeden Abend konnten wir Rehe direkt vor der Tür beobachten, was wirklich etwas Besonderes war. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht – es ist gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und die Heizung sorgt dafür, dass es angenehm warm ist. Auch beim Duschen gab es immer reichlich warmes Wasser. Die Lage ist perfekt für schöne Touren und Spaziergänge in der Natur. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Ruhe und Natur lieben!

We stayed at Leonardo‘s place for a short weekend trip to explore the surrounding mountains. This is truly the perfect place for a romantic getaway and Leonardo is the perfect host, responsive and full of amazing recommendations for what to do in the area.

Мы семья из 3 человек, гостили у Инны и хочу отметить что были в полном восторге обсолютно от всего. В первую очередь Инна и её муж очень отзывчивые и дружелюбные люди, с ними очень приятно общаться и они очень гостеприимные. Во вторых домик обсолютно новый и в нём есть обсолютно всё как дома, очень чисто, вся техника и посуда новая короче просто приятно гостить в такой обстановке. В третьих дом находится в учень хорошей локации, абсолютно все достопримечательности северной части Черногория находятся очень близко (чёрное озеро- 10 мин), (мост Джурджевича - 30 мин), (перевал Седло - 25 мин) до центра города Жабляк - 5 мин, ну и многое другое. В общем я советую всем останавливаться гостить у Инны и вы будете в восторге!!!

Ciao Giulio e Francesca, il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole! L'appartamento è accogliente e ben organizzato, con tanti spazi utili per sistemare le proprie cose. Il riscaldamento funziona perfettamente e, nonostante il bagno sia piccolo, risponde a tutte le necessità. Vorremmo suggerire solo un paio di piccoli miglioramenti che potrebbero rendere l’esperienza ancora più confortevole per i prossimi ospiti: una qualità migliore per cuscini e materasso renderebbe il riposo ancora più piacevole; sarebbe utile trovare a disposizione alcuni essenziali per la cucina, come sapone per i piatti, olio, sale, zucchero e magari un po’ di caffè. Grazie ancora per l’ospitalità, un abbraccio e a presto!

נהנינו מהשהות בנכס. יש עוד 2 בקתות סמוכות אך לא היתה הרגשה של חוסר פרטיות. הבעלים היו זמינים ועזרו מה שהיינו צריכים. המיקום יחסית מבודד ועם נוף מדהים מכל הכיוונים. 5 דק נסיעה מז'בליאק וקרוב מאוד לדורמיטור מומלץ מאוד
