Loft holiday rentals in Southern Indiana

Dru is a pleasure and we were so happy to meet her. Very accomodating! Her place is just as it is described and a perfect location for Lexington area events. It is very homey and Dru is an excellent host. We will be staying again :).

The Nest was a great place to stay. It was an easy spot to get around the Louisville area while we were there. The place was very comfortable and had everything you would need for the stay. Check in was seamless and would highly recommend

Cute place in a cute neighborhood! Sarah was responsive and helpful. We appreciated the small thoughtful touches, like the hamper and extra towels. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and Washington Park was just a few minutes’ walk away, which our dogs loved!

Place is as advertised. Everything felt clean. Host was responsive and the location is great.

We loved our stay at the Aloft in Paoli! The place was exactly like the pictures, and Sherri was very responsive to any questions or needs we had! 10 out of 10 would recommend

Shane’s place is wonderful. It’s so beautifully decorated with artworks and interesting items, and so well equipped with amenities. The kitchen is great and being in the back of the building makes for a nice quiet space. The off-street parking is also a real plus. Shane is a a proactive and responsive host. Hope to stay here again in the future!

We had a very comfortable stay. Very clean and conveniently located near the expressway. The place was stocked with everything we needed. The office upstairs was perfect for working. I would definitely recommend this spot for a work trip or extended stay. The owner was very helpful and pleasant.

One of the nicest & cleanest places that my family has stayed at! The kitchen's fully stocked w/essentials, condiments & extras than your avg Airbnb. It's kid friendly w/children's utensils, plates, bowls, sippy cup & step stool, that our 6 y.o. son happily utilized. The unit looks nicer in person & had everything we needed to make us feel comfy during our stay, which is nice cause I'll forget a few items. (I wish more Airbnbs had the same standards as Shy's.) The cafe below has good food & coffee. Note: On the weekend mornings you can hear the cafe bustling below. There are parking spots behind the bldg & an overflow lot. It's a safe neighborhood & walking distance to a UDF gas station/ convenient store. There isn't a central heating/cooling, so the temp isn't consistent. You'll need to keep the air purifier running at mid speed or you'll notice a musty smell when you return, if it was warmer that day. We def recommend Shy's place & look forward to returning if we're ever in the area!

Very nice place. A different kinda of place for us but we definitely loved it. Very nicely decorated. Plenty of room. Loved the loft layout. Bedroom with the bathroom had a firm mattress. Everyone said they slept well in their bedrooms. Showers were great. Parking was easy and we were pulling a trailer. Everything was clean ! So much better than any hotel and very responsibly priced !!

Ishaan is always responsive. I had a couple of questions over my 4-night stay, and he got back to me helpfully and immediately. I LOVE the convenience and proximity to Bellarmine. The apartment is quite roomy with a nice, sunny porch. Definitely would come again!
