Holiday rentals with a sauna in Southern Indiana

Spent my birthday at the property! Lelia took great care of us and the space was awesome. We plan to come back!

This was a cute little spot right on the edge of the downtown strip! The house was clean, accommodating but it said it could sleep 4 and there was only one bed! We were going to have our parents come by last minute to stay after a night of drinking and they couldn't come because there is only one bed. This needs to be updated to only a 2 person stay, not 4.

Tyler was a gracious host. He was very responsive and flexible. the apartment was adorable! we loved the furnishings and the beds were super comfortable. everything was clean and we loved that there was popcorn and hot chocolate available for us.

I had a great stay at Treetop Retreat! Corinne was very responsive and helpful when I had a slight problem with the WiFi. I will say that the neighborhood is confusing to navigate, especially if you’re arriving at night. This isn’t the fault of the host—it’s just part of the “charm” of the Pointe! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property or another hosted by Corinne.

Such a cozy spot in a great location that is walkable to downtown Nashville. Christina was a great communicator and so welcoming! It felt like I was staying at a family members house. So comfy and such great character throughout each room! Can’t wait to come back!

Tyler’s place is awesome as per usual! Last time I stayed upstairs and that was great. Kentucky Derby & Pegasus is awesome!

Tyler’s place is perfection! We come in town often and will look to book this place everytime. It was clean, quiet and a blast! Everything is just as described. Tyler was super responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Great location for visiting locations on the bourbon trail! The house was large and well laid out for a group of friends traveling. The place was clean, quiet and had great amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Hunters space was exactly what we needed for the 6 guests we had. Two full bathrooms and three decently sized bedrooms a good living/dining area and a decent sized kitchen. Hunter was super responsive, friendly and accommodating to our needs. We were about 15mins from the event we were attending and it seemed like everything was a super short ride to get to. We would definitely stay there again if we ever found ourselves in the Indianapolis area. Thanks again Hunter!!

Loved the home. We were there during a difficult time, my mom had just passed away. So I really wanted something that was nice and hassle free. And it was. One of the nicer streets in New Castle. Jon and Ashlee were extremely responsive and thoughtful. Thank you!

This house was perfect for us! We had 2 children under 10 with us as well and they loved the house! Well updated and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!!!

This was a girls trip to visit a friend who lived in Evansville. We have stayed in many air bnb's and would recommend this one to others & will try to stay again if we do this again. We enjoyed the firepit! Having two ply toilet paper is great (we almost always have to go buy some 2 ply, lol)!! Everything was as described, the location is great. we did lots of dining out & thrift store shopping & visiting. Thanks for the snacks & I love that there is an ice maker!!

The house is lovely, every detail - the pics don’t do it justice :) Well appointed - the sauna is a great touch! Highly recommend!!

Very enjoyable space for pur bachelor party of 6. Plenty of space and had good activities for the group.

We were extremely impressed with how clean the home was. The size was great for the price. My kids loved that there were children's toys and books. The location was beautiful as well. We would definitely stay here again.
