In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Cross-country trails and hiking trails go through the area and the slalom slopes are a few minutes drive away. It has room for 4 guests and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing holiday with comfortable beds, fireplace and sauna.

Modern and charming small home with large balcony and central location in Östersund. The apartment is located on the second floor with evening and afternoon sun. Total renovation was carried out in 2023, access to your own combined washer and dryer, in the kitchen there are all the necessities except a dishwasher. The apartment is located in one of Östersund's quieter areas but only a 5-minute walk from the city center.
