Our holiday home has a living area of 70 square metres. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic spa of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. There are commercial businesses in the neighbourhood, but they cause little noise. The house is completely fenced off to a height of 150 cm. Hiking trails lead directly from the property, and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also groomed. Excellent public transport links make it easy to reach Stuttgart city center in just 15 minutes by train or car.

Quietly located, but close to the city. The room has a separate entrance and its own bathroom with shower/WC. A large bed is available for 1 or 2 people. WLAN, radio and satellite TV are available. A free parking lot is just 50 meters away; the bus that takes you into the city is just 5 minutes' walk away. You can be at the heart of Stuttgart in 30 minutes by bus and train. If you prefer your peace and quiet: The forest for a walk is right on the doorstep.

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. In the historic bakery, a beautiful living room has been created above the bakery. On two floors are two bedrooms, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a tasteful shower room (incl. towels) and a living room were created. From the living room in the attic and one of the bedrooms you can see the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) splashes directly past the house.

One-room apartment, quiet location

The apartment is in the basement and has its own entrance. It can be reached from the garden. The house is located in a quiet settlement. The historic city center is a 20-minute walk. A bus stop is 500 meters away. The local recreation area "Breite Eiche" invites you to take long walks. Shopping facilities are located nearby. The bed is 135 cm wide. We can provide an extra mattress.

Old Transformers Tower

Our tiny house is a former transformer tower, which is a 5-minute walk from the old town. Supermarket,gas station, pharmacy and parking garage are nearby. The tower has a 32 sqm terrace that floats above the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof. Integrated kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and floor heating.
