Mit einem kleinen Spaziergang an der Kocher entlang kommt man in ca 10min direkt ins wunderschöne Schwäbisch Hall. Wer lieber mit dem Bus unterwegs ist, kann diesen direkt vor der Haustüre nehmen. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht euch im Hinterhof zur Verfügung.

The apartment has an open floor plan, with a great fitted kitchen (induction, dishwasher, etc.) and a nice daylight bathroom with bathtub. Roof terrace (approx. 28 m²) with two sun loungers, a table group and great views! Please note: there are no 3 separate sleeping options. For three people, two must sleep together in the double bed. The sofa is unsuitable for sleeping.

Our studio in Stuttgart Mitte offers plenty of space for creativity. The rooms are suitable for seminars, events, bachelor parties, courses, etc. for max. 25 people. Early check-in from 8 am is possible, so the entire day can be used. Check-out by arrangement. Attention: We only rent the studio during the day. For overnight stays, we have two other locations on offer on request for a separate price.

This apartment used to be a ballet hall and has now been transformed into a spacious, light-flooded loft with a very special flair. The high ceilings, large windows and mirrors on the walls create a special atmosphere. Until recently, the ballerinas were still dancing on the ballet bars here!
