Lake House in South Sweden with Beach & Gym

Our house is in the countryside by lake Ringsjön in south Sweden. The place is ideal for couples or young families who enjoy the outdoors. You will instantly enjoy the comfortable living overlooking the beautiful lake Ringsjön. Our guesthouse is perfect as a holiday basecamp or perhaps as an overnight stay on your travels. We speak Swedish, English, Dutch as well as German fluently and are experienced travellers ourselves. Please beware that the house is a 1-room studio apartment. Welcome!

A unique holiday accommodation for up to 14 people - perfect for those of you who want to get away and spend time with family & friends or just enjoy the privacy and proximity to nature. The accomodation offers: bath & sauna, gym, rowing boat, canoe, kayaks, SUP and fishing (fishing license required), trampoline & outdoor games, deck for yoga & meditation, proximity to forest, barbecue area, etc. Indoors there are toys, board games and a fully equipped kitchen. Welcome to this paradise!

Komfortabelt semesterboende med det lilla extra. Nära badplats, vacker natur, golfbana, Skövde och Skara Sommarland. Husets planlösning är öppen och luftig. Det moderna köket och det inbjudande vardagsrummet är belägna i husets öppna del med en enastående takhöjd. På bottenplan finns därtill ett sovrum med dubbelsäng (140 cm bred) och en toalett med dusch. Med en trappstege tar man sig upp till det mysiga sovloftet som är utrustat med två intilliggande 90cm sängar. Hjärtligt välkomna.

Njut av vackra Österlen i Ekohuset på Ekorrbo. Här bor du enskilt och insynsskyddat, omgiven av träd och med utsikt över de böljande skånska landskapet strax söder om Rörum. Familjevänligt boende med dubbelsäng i sovalkov och fyra sängar uppe på det rymliga sovloftet. Öppet i nock över kök och allrum. Helkaklat badrum med golvvärme och tvättmaskin/torktumlare. Diskmaskin. Avstånd: Simrishamn 14 km Kivik 9 km Ystad 31 km Malmö 76 km Knäbäckshusens strand 6 km Mandelmanns trädgårdar 4 km

Det går att sova 4 pers om det är 2 barn. Det är bara några 100 m till ett jättefint bad i havsviken Syrsan. Där finns träningsredskap mm. Nära till Västervik Loftahammar Vimmerby Norrköping Söderköping och Linköping Du kan komma ut i Tjust skärgård med båtar från Västervik o Loftahammar Det är ca 65 km till Astrid Lindgrens värld. Nära till kättringsplatser. Ni kan njuta av lugnet i vår trädgård. Om ni inte vill städa efter er så gör vi det för en extra kostnad. 300 kr

Sjöstugan- vår pärla!

Sjöstugan- vår pärla precis vid sjökanten! Eget hus med sovloft, kök, vackert stort rum med braskamin och utsikt över sjön. Vedeldad bastu med dopp i sjön precis intill. Spabad på bryggan- alltid varmt. Badbrygga 5 meter utanför dörren. Tillgång till båt. Om ni vill köpa fiskekort, kontakta värd. Ved till baskamin och bastu ingår. Gården är inhägnad hela vägen till sjön och vår Beagel hund Vide är ofta lös ute. Han är snäll. Lakan, handdukar och städning ingår.

The Beach Cabin

This is literally like living in a box. The Beach Cabin is just like a hotel room, with one double bed for two and a small lounge area. There is also a kitchenette for your convenience, equipped with the necessary kitchen supplies for you to make breakfast or a meal for two. The Cabin is situated just by the pebble beach and the sea. The faint sounds of waves will rock you to sleep at night. The bathroom is built next to this cabin with just footsteps to reach.

Studio 1-4 persons with pool and sauna

Our studio, built in 2016 is situated close to the city but still in the countryside. There are three beds - one single bed at the loft and a sofa bed (queen size) in the combined kitchen and living room. If there are requests, we can also arrange space for a fourth person on a mattress at the loft. Large bathroom with sauna. 28 sqm with bathroom and loft. Pool and garden are shared with the host family. A newly built outdoor gym is 100 meters from the studio.

The cottage's windows reflect glitter from the ocean waves. Enjoy the environment relax from the digital tumult that surrounds us in everyday life. We encourage you to turn off your phone & computer. Without WiFi, there is time for quiet reflection, socializing or immersion in a good book. Here near the ocean, guests enjoy a very harmonious stay. It is important to us that you as a guest get peace & quiet when you visit us. We always leave our guests alone .
