Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Syracuse

Kate was very responsive and helpful. I booked this like 5 months in advance and 2 months in I had to change my reservation to extend and she was more than accommodating. The place was clean and comfortable and it was in a great location. I would highly recommend it!

This place was perfect. Way bigger than the pictures looked which was a nice surprise. Kate was very quick to respond when we had a question. Highly recommend this place!

Check in was a breeze. Kate and Darya were pleasant, even recommended restaurants. Funk’n Waffles was a hit!

We stayed here for the Metallica concert at the dome down the street. We were able to walk to the show and not get stuck in traffic or deal with $50 parking. The host was very responsive any time I had a question. The unit is a perfect place for someone looking to be close to any activities at SU or nearby. The game room and basketball court was a really fun bonus!

This is a very cool space. My husband and I stayed here with our two teens. The sleeping pad for the floor my daughter said was comfy and my son said the foldout was fine. We thought the bed was very comfortable. It was not clean when we arrived, but with a concert with record numbers in town, they were backed up and the cleaners came right in and rectified the problem. We had so much fun with all of the games available. It passed an evening in for us. Cornhole, Large Connect Four, Darts, PacMan, Foozeball, and putting green. The location is great as in near to everything like great restaurants and attractions. Only a 7 minute drive to Syracuse University. I do however like to run in the mornings and I did not feel safe enough in this area to run by myself. Even with this I would still stay here again!

The three of us (Me, My Boyfriend and His Dog) stayed at this place for a few days. I wanted to go out and explore the parks/restaurants/nearby areas, but unfortunately it rained 90% of our stay. However, we sat in and had a movie marathon, and we took turns going out and getting food. Since I have dietary restrictions, I made use of the kitchen! I highly recommend this place, it was perfect for what we needed and accommodated the dog (it's hard to find nice places that allow pets). We thank Katie and the team so much for making us feel welcome, and being available for any questions we had. That extra effort was the cherry on top of an overall wonderful stay! We hope to return again!

The place was just as indicated on the description and in the pictures. Very responsive host. Great area. Theater room with popcorn machine was a hit.

We needed a quick stay on our way out to ME from MI and this was perfect! We would 1000% stay here again! Jonathon was so responsive, kind, and accommodating. His place is SO clean and felt very homey! Special mention to Snickers the kitty who we fell in love with and would let in our room any chance we got for pets 💕
