Holiday rentals with lake access in Tampa

This was such a fantastic place! It was so comfortable and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We especially loved the peaceful location and the screened-in lanai for enjoying the evenings. We even played some cornhole! Renee was an amazing host! She left the lights on for our late arrival and went out of her way to stock the fridge with some breakfast provisions for us for the morning since we traveled so far. Next time we are in Brandon, we’ll be staying here again!

We had a terrific time at Michael’s place. The neighborhood was quiet and very pleasant. The pool was great for my granddaughter and we enjoyed being by the lake and seeing all the different kinds of birds that visited. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5.

This was extremely convenient for our family coming down for a business trip. This was right in the area that we needed. There was some things in the basement that seemed to be updated a little poorly, but altogether this was a nice place to stay. Our host was very nice and gave us a lot of instructions and made it very easy to locate and get into. We joked about forgetting to bring some fishing poles, but saw that the host did have one there which was kind of nice! We did not use the outdoor area but it was pretty cute.

We loved the privacy and quietness of the house. It was clean and comfortable and everything was there that we expected, plus more. Watching the gators off the dock and listening to and watching the birds on the island was so relaxing.

This lake, Victorian home was perfect for our group. The spacious lawn with grill and tables/chairs was wonderful for outdoor activities. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We loved the rustic feel with the modern conveniences. We used the kayaks and even caught a nice bass from shore.

Super unique home, great location, close to everything, but also tucked away. The home had something for everyone, fishing, lots of space and very cool antiques. The home was very clean and inviting. Pete and Tammy were great, we look forward to visiting again. Thank you for everything!

This place is tucked away on a dead end street and backed up to a beautiful canal. We enjoyed watching the sun rise over the water every morning and the hot tub was amazing! The home itself was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Location is close to everything you need and more. We will definitely be returning for our future trips to Tampa ❤️

This house is beautifully sited on Lake Tarpon and is quiet and serene. We frequently chose to spend time outside reading and looking at the lake. The pool and spa are inviting though it was too cool for us to enjoy them. The house itself is very well equipped and cared for. All of the beds and linens are good. The view from the wall of windows overlooking the lake is magnificent. Renay is a very attentive and responsive host. We were delighted with our stay, and we are taking some beautiful pictures home.

I loved staying here. The host was amazing, she helped with all of our questions and concerns. The house was above our expectations and was very comfortable. 10/10 am definitely coming back one day. I loved the host, the home, and the location. I can’t say anything bad about any of this! Book now!

Maikel’s place is in a very safe area. No worries at all. Near a nice park with a great walking path. Perfect for Steinbrenner Field & Raymond James Stadium.

The place was amazing! The place looked like how it was pictured and a beautiful cozy place to stay at especially if you’re only here for a few days or even more! Neighborhood is peaceful and quite as well:) totally would recommend for anyone who’s in or near Tampa area for Yessika’s place:)

Had a great stay here ! There is lots to do in the area and local to plenty of beaches. Has many great kitchen amenities and a huge closet if you are traveling…. I would definitely recommend

The place was airy and spacious, plenty of room to spread out, we especially loved hanging out on the front porch in the morning and evening. The shower was fantastic, the bathtub big and unusual. We walked to the Dali Museum and the Pier and to Central. Also a very cute cafe just up the block next to the pond, which was also cute. I also played pickleball at crescent lake. There wasn’t a lot of space for suitcases in the bedrooms, but then there was a big dressing room in the back. The light switches were in odd places but we got used to it. Parking was tight, but we always managed a spot within a block.

Our stay was great. The location and view was just what we had hoped for. Loved watching the birds and other wildlife in the canal. The dock was an excellent place to relax.

We enjoyed our stay and the dogs loved the fenced yard and the friendly hoses. Very peaceful and relaxing setting. Host left us some fresh eggs and we had everything we needed for a great stay.

Krista’s home was everything my family could have hoped for and more. We had to move out of our home to complete repairs and Krista’s home became our home away from home. It was safe and comfortable and we are able to find rest amidst all the crazy uncertainty we have faced since Hurricane Milton. We are very happy with how responsive and kind she was. Also this home literally has more than you can need in terms of amenities. Being displaced I packed up most of my living essentials and found that Krista had so much conveniences for my baby- high chair, pack n play, baby bath tub, and all kinds of toys! The home was clean and came with the most beautiful serene setting. We loved having pets come visit in the backyard, I say pets because we had birds and squirrels visit all thought the day! We absolutely loved staying here and in the event we are looking for a staycation we hope to be back, hopefully in happier circumstances of course!

Nice little place. Bed was very comfortable for us. Great having the dock across the road. Beautiful sunsets over the river. Debra was very responsive of any inquiries we had.

Tim and Jeannie are the best hosts ever! Communication and local recommendations are top notch! If you are like us, you’ll be on the go because Saint Petersburg offers so much with arts, culture and outdoor recreation that most of the time was being out and about. However, when you get back, you’ll feel like you’re at home and everything you need is right there! Sleep in and eat breakfast at the cottage, come back early and watch a movie or hit the hot tub or just do another load of laundry and hit the beach one more time! It’s so convenient and the best location ever! Thank you Tim and Jeannie :)

Comfortable place in a gated community which made us feel safe. Plenty of shopping and restaurants around the area. Suzanne messaged us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Thank you Suzanne.

In spite of one of us having a raging cold, we enjoyed our stay and enjoyed having the serenity needed when feeling bad. Kristin was always most helpful and very friendly, even offering to pick up a pizza for us on our first night.

Old Florida at it's best. This rental is great. It is exactly as pictured . It's very clean , laid out comfortably and well maintained. The furniture is all comfortable and all the necessities are provided. The large screened porch with a view of the lake is so relaxing. Very comfortable porch furniture, overhead fans if needed (and lighting) and SO peaceful. The neighborhood is very nice and the road that the house is on is great for taking a walk (or run if you're so inclined) The hosts are very friendly and are proactive. Always available quickly to answer a question and obviously interested in assuring that guests enjoy themselves. This was our second stay here and it will not be our last. Strongly recommend it
