This property exceeded all of our expectations! The location is unbeatable—right on the water with breathtaking views and just steps away from the beach. The home itself is beautifully designed and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The hosts were communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a peaceful yet stunning beachfront retreat, this is the place to be.

Place is great. Lots of large bedrooms, great kitchen, views from both sides. Game room downstairs had everything. Golf cart access for rides into town was the cherry on top. Large groups and/or families would do very well here.

Beautiful home with gorgeous water views. Each room was decorated with a beachy theme which made it feel even more like a beach vacation. They really thought of everything. Extra blankets in the living room for when its a little chilly, extra towels for the heated pool, fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need to make meals, washer and dryer and the pool table for entertainment. The upstairs bedroom faces the east so you get a gorgeous sunrise each morning. However, I'd suggest some thicker curtains or maybe even some blackout curtains for those that are up later and want to sleep in. That bright sun was definitely an early alarm clock each morning. Adam was quick with his responses any time we had a question. They approved a late check out which made it nice since the flight home for some were later that day.

Boyd’s home in Tampa was beautiful. From the pool to the game room to the large open spaces and high ceilings, Boyd’s home was comfortable and clean. The yard had large trees which blocked the view of the road. Boyd was extremely responsive anytime I asked a question. Location was perfect. Close to the airport, armature works, restaurants and bars! Would definitely come here again’

Check in, check out, and access to the house was great. We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of room to spread out. We had a great trip and this house was a great "home base".

Jennifer was an amazing host! We had some issues with getting the pool heater to work and she went above and beyond to make sure we fully enjoyed our stay. She was always super responsive and pleasant with every interaction. The house itself is beautiful - offering various spaces for family gatherings, and thoughtfully equipped with board games and children’s toys. Would definitely recommend!

Lots of different areas to hang out. Movie room was my fav and the video games. The house could be a little updated but it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks again!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The backyard was a highlight and we really appreciated how child friendly the property was. Cara was very responsive to our questions and was also flexible with our check in/out times to accommodate our travel arrangements. Would stay here again!

When my brother was getting married at The Wedding Retreat 10 minutes down the road we knew Kyle’s listing was the perfect accommodation to have the immediate family all together for the weekend. We enjoyed playing indoor basketball together, the pool table, and the back patio. We enjoyed our Saturday grilling and swimming and spending time together (also recovering from the wedding the night before). The spacious kitchen allowed us a place to gather for breakfast and to cut a birthday cake. The floor plan of the bedrooms allowed us plenty of space to get ready for the wedding without being on top of each other. We enjoyed the scenic views and nature sounds. I would recommend this listing to anyone who needs a peaceful get away with plenty to do! We have endless memories and beautiful photos of an important milestone and chapter for our growing family.

This may be one of the best Airbnb rentals we have ever had. We rented this house because we had a family wedding nearby. It accommodated the members of the family who stayed, and everybody loved it! Such a cool house in a great location.

Andrew is a really good guy, he went above and beyond. Total professional, and down to earth and genuine. Absolutely loved the house and it felt like home, it really was comfortable and I slept like a baby. The guest house in the back is like it's own complete mini-house, the jacuzzi worked great and was hot fast and the pool was clean too. Not exaggerating when I say this one really has been my best Air B&B experience thus far. God Bless America 🇺🇸

House was great for our family of 10. Lots of space and loved it had 3 bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed and the dining room sat almost all of us. There was ample beach supplies to use like an ice chest, chairs and towels. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the heated pool especially because there was a little cold front that came in.

Very modern! I’ve never stayed in a place so ultra modern. Unique. Lots of bedrooms, 3 bathrooms which were all great, easy access to the pool area. Everyone loved the air hockey, pool table, mini golf area, and especially the pool!! Great temp of a constant 85°F. Option available to increase the temperature for a price. Could use a few board games. Tons of kitchen cupboard space. Was short on silverware, Notified Tommy and the next morning there was an Amazon delivery!! Great response time! Loved the pods for the dishwasher and washer so we didn’t have to go out and buy containers. Gas grill was an added plus for us. Large TVs. Only a small dresser in the rooms but never saw the end of the bed pullouts until the last day!!! Our bad. Not too far from a huge park. Grocery stores fairly close. Easy drive to Indian Rock Beach.

Our large group was comfortable and pleased with the spaciousness, cleanliness and the many forms of entertainment. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed and an abundance of glassware, plates and flatware. Alyssa was always polite, friendly and quick to respond and meet our need. We highly recommend this very nice house.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The hosts thought of everything! Highly recommended place to stay! Flexible check-in was greatly appreciated. The pool and outdoor kitchen were amazing. Beds were comfy, kitchen had lots of dishes and appliances. The pool table was an added bonus that we enjoyed. The furniture and decor exceeded our expectations. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom couldn’t have been better fit for our family!

Nice home. Not a lot of yard for larger dogs, but worked well for smaller pets. Very responsive owner and great communication. Had all needs for our stay. Reccomend to anyone who is visiting the area.
