UnderOaks is an amazing open floor plan (no closed off bedroom) of approximately 375 sf. The unit used to be a detached garage and has now been turned into a standalone guest house. It has a queen size bed, couch, full kitchen (no oven) and full bathroom. I live onsite and this is my only bnb and all work was complleted by me. Only a 3 min from Armature Works (start of Riverwalk); 8 min to downtown/convention center, and 10 min to Tampa International Airport. Terrific location!

The house is centrally located in historic Ybor City, Tampa -- three blocks from the main drag of 7th avenue, and less than five minutes from the cruise terminal, Amalie Arena, Tampa convention center, and downtown.
