There is a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. A second separate toilet is also available. Furthermore, the holiday apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy pine wood parlour with a tiled stove, and a terrace with a garden. The tourism tax for the Stubai Valley must be paid in cash on site. Persons over 15 years of age pay €4.80 per day.

Der wunderschöne Blick von Wohnbereich und Terrasse aus über die Felder Achenkirchs, direkt auf das Rofangebirge und die Seekarspitze, erleichtert das Fallenlassen vom Alltagsstress und lädt zum Genießen und Entspannen ein. Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Im Herzen des westlichen Mittelgebirges liegt das malerische Götzens. Meine Unterkunft liegt in zentraler ruhiger Lage. Innsbruck ist mit Bus oder Auto in 15 min. zu erreichen. Shopping und Kultur im alpinen Umfeld ! In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich 2 Supermärkte, Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke und ein Arzt. Weiter befinden sich in der nähe ein Hallenbad, eine Eishalle und ein Tennisplatz. Das Schigebiet liegt 300m entfernt und ist zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
