New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

Our apartment is located on the ground floor of an old mill, located by the river. The hamlet is 2 km from Châtellerault Sud, highway exit, just before the Futuroscope. It's a very quiet place, surrounded by greenery and located by the river. The Vienne department is rich in tourist attractions. The apartment is quiet surrounded by greenery, warm and completely redone with nice amenities. The owners will be there to welcome guests

Independent studio in very quiet area with access to the garden. Quick and easy access to the A10 highway, close to Futuroscope and Poitiers. On the edge of the GR655 (St. Jacques de Compostelle path). Bike tourists welcome, bike garage. No kitchen but a microwave, small fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, tea and coffee available in the studio.
