Only 10 min from Châtellerault, 25 min from the Futuroscope, 40 min from Chinon, 50 min from Tours and 40 min from Poitiers. On the ground floor, a living room with kitchenette, toilet, bathroom. Upstairs, a large family room with a 140 cm bed and a bunk bed (2 x 90 cm) separated by a screen. Possibility to install an extra bed for an additional child.
