A very comfortable place to stay. the apartment was very comfortable with everything you need. Parking was a bit tight at times when getting out, but minor. We would love to stay again, thank you Paul and Daphne

Matt's place is super clean, welcoming and warm. Parking outside was easy. There was usually always a space directly outside, and we just moved it into the paid area (directly across the street). There were absolutely no questions and Matt was the perfect host. Very flexible, kind and understanding. Recommended to anyone, especially parents.

Good location for beaches and town, with parking. Spacious, very clean and nicely furnished apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you Marcus.

This place is an absolute gem! Perfectly situated with breathtaking views from the terrace of Dartmouth and the harbour. Beautifully clean bijou apartment. We were lucky with glorious weather to take full advantage of all the area had to offer - beach walks with our lovely labradoodle, wonderful little river cruise, stunning Devon countryside and a great selection of restaurants and pubs to enjoy. And a delight to always get back to the peace and serenity of Louise’s wonderful penthouse to unwind with a glass of wine on the terrace. Louise is a wonderful host and highly recommend this place to book!

This was my first time in Plymouth since moving from England to the U.S., visiting family who just relocated here. The apartment was better in person—I’m usually skeptical after being misled by online photos before, but this one exceeded expectations. Clean, secure, and close to key landmarks. As someone who worked in hospitality, I value good service over fancy facilities, and the host delivered. He communicated clearly, checked in during my stay, and was quick to respond. I mixed up the checkout time with another booking and was still there when housekeeping arrived. I felt bad, but they were very professional and didn’t make it awkward at all, even though it likely affected their schedule. Great service, great stay. I’d definitely book again.

Mary was very welcoming to us on our arrival. The flat itself is very comfortable and right next to the shops / cafes etc in Dawlish. Very well equipped with everything you need for a lovely stay. We were on a family visit, but if you are looking for a holiday Dawlish is ideal and relatively unspoilt compared to other coastal towns. Lots of shops to explore, and of course the famous Gay's Creamery is here too (an absolute must-visit!)

A really lovely stay at the apartment. Absolutely Fabulous location. Apartment itself is really lovely, clean and homely. Loved the games, enjoyed playing scrabble with the kids 💕 The views from the apartment are beautiful. The host is super helpful, let us park up earlier and have an early check in time. There is only one downside to the apartment is the parking bay. My car struggled up the very steep drive. Ended up using one of the free spaces on the road for one of the days. But apart from that, would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!!! Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Summercott. The Barn was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The beds were super comfy as were the sofas and chairs in the living room. The attention to detail inside was very impressive and it was so beautifully presented. It’s such a pretty Barn. Lovely walks around the grounds up to a secure dog area, also a nice garden area with picnic benches to enjoy your food outside. Kirsteen was so kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back to stay again.

This property is spacious, clean, modern and had lovely views. It has everything for a week’s holiday, including great facilities, comfy beds and everything in order as you’d expect. It felt like the owner had gone the extra mile to make it a pleasant stay. The only thing that detracted a bit for us was the downstairs flat- whilst it’s separate, a bit of noise transferred upwards through the floor and the pipes, especially early in the morning as the people staying there were in work time and we were on holiday time! Apart from that, this is an excellent property and highly recommended for a relaxing holiday with great views of the marina and harbour.

we really enjoyed our stay in Plymouth, great location near the train station. enormous house, all of the rooms were big and comfortable and well stocked kitchen of utensils and crockery. Matthew was responsive and friendly - thanks very much!

We travelled down to Plymouth for my dad's funeral and hotel prices where crazy expensive. Saw The squirrels on here and it was perfect for 7 of us and out little dog. It was easy to get to with the sat nav. The house is absolutely beautiful and the garden too. definitely got some decor inspo. Would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Plymouth for a visit. We would definitely stay again for our next visit for a happier purpose. Thanks Daryl for being a great host.

We absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely be back! The house was perfect for us all and we had loads of space. The kids loved the pool table! Great house, so well stocked we had all we needed. The surrounding area is beautiful and the beach is lovely with great places to eat and little beach shop which came in very handy when the kids all needed beach shoes! Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful. The only thing I would say is that the house is advertised as a “Lodge with hot tub” but you have to pay extra for the hot tub which I think could have been made clearer, not other than that absolutely no complaints at all. It was my son and his family who stayed in the cottage between Christmas and New Year as it was very close to our home. (I booked it on their behalf.) They loved their stay there, found it extremely comfortable and that it had everything they needed and much more. They would be very happy to stay there again. Obviously because of the time of year and with the rest of our family nearby they didn't need to explore the area on this occasion. Nadia could not have been more helpful to me and them, thank you!

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay, spotlessly clean ,uncluttered and with everything we needed. Perfect for myself, my daughter and her baby, we really appreciated the peace and quiet of the area. The apartment was light and spacious with wonderful views over the beach and estuary, lovely to wake up to . Lyndsay was so helpful and communicated everything we needed to know so no added stress added to travelling with a 9 month old ! Thank you.

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

We stayed at Karen’s apartment for my 30th birthday and it was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, spacious, and beautifully set up, even better than the photos. Being just steps from the beach made it extra special, and we loved how peaceful and relaxing the area was. Karen was an amazing host - super responsive, helpful, and made everything really easy from start to finish. Would 100% stay again. Highly recommend!

Right from first contact Lynne was helpful, kind and generous, and her apartment is beautiful and equipped with absolutely everything that you could need or want. The views from the balcony are incredible and the apartment is only minutes from the beach, cafés, pubs and restaurants. We have stayed in quite a few apartments around the marina, but this by far has been the best.

Lovely peaceful location with coastal walks straight from the door. Fun watching and listening to the steam railway as it past every so often. The accommodation was great and the kitchen facilities excellent for doing your own cooking.

Rebecca 's place felt just like our home. Everything was exactly the same as described in the images. The apartment is neat and tidy; all amenities are functioning properly. The ambience was calm and quiet. Becki was indeed a kind, responsive and friendly host. The place is worth for its price, stay and amenities Nevertheless, I found it hard for the grocery shops which is almost 0.5- 1.0 miles away. Overall, it was great and lovely stay at Rebecca' s place.
