Die Einraumwohnung ähnelt einem langen Schlauch. Die Räumlichkeit befindet sich in unserem Anbau mit eigener Haustür (einem alten umgebauten Hühnerstall). Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung befindet sich ein Fitnessraum der optional und nach Absprache genutzt werden kann. Auch unsere Terrasse + Garten ist über die Wohnung erreichbar. Auch diese darf nach Absprache gern mit genutzt werden, sofern gewünscht. Ansonsten eignet sich die zentrale Wohnung ideal für kurze Aufenthalte im Sommer.

From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

GREAT LOCATION!!! Your own beach chair (1/5–15/9)*, 2 bicycles*, 1 handcart with beach toys*, underground parking space, Wi-Fi* and children's toys* are included in the price! Our 40 m² two-room flat is on the first floor and is furnished for a maximum of 4 adults or for a family with 3 children. Next door is the Cozyhotel, where you can have breakfast or use the wellness area for a fee! *If it is not usable, no replacement can be requested.

The apartment consists of kitchen, bathroom and sleeping/living area, is fully equipped and can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. No pets allowed! The apartment has a separate entrance. Enjoy a place right on the beach and "in the heart of Timmendorf" in our apartment and jump right into the water after an extensive breakfast, cycle along the coast or stroll through our town.

Our "Landhaus 1848," which was once the market hall of Harmsdorf, was completely renovated in 2022. With its beautiful location between Weissenhäuser Strand and Grömitzer beach promenade, it invites you to linger. The quietly located village of Harmsdorf is surrounded by fields and offers a variety of bike paths.
