We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain eines Einfamilienhauses, mit Treppen zum separatem Eingang in einer sehr ruhigen Sackgasse. Sie ist 35 Quadratmeter groß mit großzügiger Terrasse, Fußbodenheizung, hochwertigen Möbel von Lambert bis Ligne Roset und Premium-Boxspringbett ausgestattet.

Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

The apartment is about 30 square meters. It is located on the first floor, has its own entrance and a door to the garden. In the front area are the shower room and the living and working room with a large, extendable dining and desk, with an armchair, shelves and storage facilities and TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. In the rear part facing the garden are the bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom and living rooms have been recently renovated and newly furnished.

If you want to take care of yourself, you will find supermarkets and other shops nearby.

It is ideal for two people, is fully equipped and is located on the second floor (not barrier-free). The apartment has a double bedroom. However, additional sleeping space can be generated by the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The shared meal can also be enjoyed on the spacious terrace. I look forward to your visit!

This private room lies in Vinxel, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Bonn. The room is on the lower level of our house, with a separate entrance and private bathroom. The room is quiet and modernly decorated. A private parking space is available. Area: direct bus connections to Bonn City. Good road connections to Bonn, Siegburg and Cologne. The double room with its own entrance door and private bathroom is located on the first floor of a detached house in the heart of Hangelar. All shops are within 3 minutes' walk, Bonn city center is 10 minutes by car or tram. Coffee/tea are available at any time. A small hallway with a wardrobe connects the room to the bathroom, which is very well lit and has a large shower.

30 m2 Apartment, Bath (Private) + Mini-Kitchen

The 30 m2 mini-apartment is located on the top floor of our friendly shared house. It has a small private bathroom with shower and you can use the modern and larger shared bathroom one floor below if you like. In the apartment there is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple dishes. Otherwise, you can use the shared kitchen downstairs.

This well-equipped 1-room apartment is set in a very central location in Siegburg Zange. Siegburg Central Station is only 5 minutes from the apartment. From here you have a connection to the metropolises of Cologne, Bonn and Frankfurt. The apartment also has a good highway connection. The A3 and A59 motorways are 5 minutes away.
