The house is centrally located, 10 min. driving to the city center. It also takes 30-minutes to walk to the city center.There are two large shopping malls called Valentinlyst Senter & Sirkus shopping Senter around the house. And 3-minute walk to the bus station, a 20-minute walk to the train station. There is also a large children's cycle track for children to learn to cycle for free around the house. Frequent bus departures take you from/to downtown in 10-20min &10min with bus to city center.

A dbl sleeping coach in the living room provides a 4 bed option. Main entrance is shared with the housekeeper. Access to own balcony. Free parking space for 1 car. There is no elevator in the building.

Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.
