No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Vom Hauptbahnhof 20 Minuten mit der S-Bahn, ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg zur Messe München und 7 Minuten zum nahe gelegenen Badesee. Unser Apartment ist im Sommer kühl und im Winter kuschelig warm und bietet Ruhe und Komfort. Perfekte Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

It is an 80m2 attic apartment on 2 levels (1st floor: hall, wardrobe, built-in wardrobe, shower room / WC, 2nd floor: loft with complete kitchen, bar, dining table, couch (or sofa bed), desk, fireplace, double bed, bathroom (WC / bathtub / washing machine) and folding bed if required. Monoblock air conditioning box. Neighbourhood quiet residential estate right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy anywhere. S-Bahn 7 min walk or 1 min bus. 15 min drive to Marienplatz.
