Stunning situation overlooking the beautiful River Fal with a single room cottage, eco pod and own ablutions block with electric shower and mains WC. Welcome to our garden suite/studio with a decking area ideally situated in mid Cornwall. Clean & compact you will find everything you need including a private entrance with a key safe and parking on the driveway. We are based 10 mins off the A30 and just under 1 mile from the City centre which is approx 15/20 min walk downhill. Please note this is a steep hill to walk back up but you could stop at the award winning Rising Sun pub for refreshments!
