Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Tutzing

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

What to say about Julian's house except that it's a really rare find. It is a haven of peace, very well maintained with facilities worthy of a large hotel near Munich. The house makes you want to stay longer, unfortunately we were only visiting for one night, but that was enough for us to realize the very high standard of this house. A very large screen in the living room, where you can wrap in wide, very welcoming sofas...and all this leads to a terrace also very beautiful, with its small ponds and goldfish. Everything was perfect, our host Julian, very responsive and friendly, the house as a whole located in a great neighborhood on the doorstep of Munich. Excellent bedding. Perfect bathrooms…what more can we say, apart from that we will be back with pleasure if we return to the area. PS: the professional coffee machine (bean) is excellent, thank you for everything and especially for the attention to detail

There were five of us, very nice days in the house. The house has a wonderful charm and it lacks nothing for a relaxed togetherness and a rest from everyday life. The environment of the house is excellent for an outdoor breakfast, the others to breathe through, in the already noticeable fresh mountain air. The house has a great location and charisma, so you don't actually have to get away at all. We will definitely be back, it's the ideal place for our next family reunion

We had a lovely week. It was clean, the decor very nice, we had everything we needed. Kathrin was within easy reach.

Mario & Nicole's place was wonderful! Very spacious and clean and in the perfect location. They are right by the water, so I even took a morning dip in the lake! Everything was perfect and they were very communicative. I would absolutely recommend this place to someone else and would love to come back at some point for another stay! Thank you Mario & Nicole!

We liked Mathias's apartment, especially the location with good subway connection, shopping within walking distance and lots of greenery outside. Parking was easy to find,after that we left the car. Communication with Mathias was great.

Great Place , the spa area really is the highlight

The neighborhood it's very quite and peaceful , fairly near the public transports. The apartment it's very pretty and cozy, and includes all the amenities you could need, we felt like at home. During our stay Dom was always helpful and proactive with every topic, for example he quickly helped us fix one issue with had with internet connection, he's very responsive and easy to talk too, great experience. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommended!

Stayed here for a few nights over new year’s and we loved it. The hosts (owners) are really lovely people and we found everything in the apartment to be great and well equipped. Just be prepared to drive as groceries are not so nearby. But to be expected with a location like this.

This was a great little place near Munich. Mustahsin was a fabulous host! He was there to meet us at the property, and even came looking for us when we got lost! It was a comfortable place to stay. I would consider staying there again if I find myself in the area.

Lovely apartment, great for smaller groups in a beautiful area with great views. Communication was great.

We enjoyed the short trip at Lake Schliersee very much. Great quiet location with large parking on the property, clean apartment with nice balcony and nice, friendly landlords. Amenities were perfect. Welcome drink, fresh fruit and in the kitchen everything you need.

The house is exactly as advertised. It is located in a calm and clean neighborhood and has a very quiet environment. The house has an extraordinary view of greenery from the balcony. It's amazing to start your day with coffee on the balcony with the sound of the birds. Germany weather is cold and hard only :)

This apartment is superb. It’s spotlessly clean and modern with everything and more you could want. The location was fantastic and you could walk up to the old town in minutes. Overall I would totally recommend anyone book it for a wonderful stay in Fussen.

Beautiful cozy place with a great terrace and view of the mountains. We felt very comfortable in Sabine's place. She always answered our questions quickly. Everything tip-top 😊

I've already been able to visit some vacation rentals on Airbnb, but Barbara and Klaus are definitely one of the best hosts ever. The communication beforehand was excellent – with lots of helpful tips and recommendations. During our stay we felt completely comfortable. There was even a delicious guest reception – a real wow experience! The accommodation itself is furnished with a lot of love for detail and offers more than you expect. The outdoor area with barbecue is a real highlight. Surroundings are simply idyllic. Barbara and Klaus were always on hand whenever we needed help. We would come back anytime!
