Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Our accommodation is located between Lake Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Not far from Salzburg and Munich! House of Encounters at Lake Chiemsee

The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. On top there is a mini balcony.

Relax in our charming apartment just 10 minutes walk from the lake. Ideally located with the train station only 3 km away and a bus stop within a 10-minute walk, we offer you the perfect starting point for exploring. Enjoy the sunny terrace with a canopy and experience unforgettable holidays! Attention: Übersee is considered a spa resort, so we have to report your stay to the tourist office and additionally charge 1€ spa tax per person for each day.

Numerous restaurants provide local and international cuisine for every kind of taste. Here you can spend your holidays in a rural and traditional atmosphere. My accommodation is suitable for couples, travelers and families with children and small groups.

Welcome to the Forester's Lodge Suite! In this absolutely quietly located apartment you will find stylishly enough space for up to three people. On about 120 m², you can relax very close to nature. No stress, no noise and a huge terrace for sunbathing or a relaxing start to the day. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare your desired menu without any problems. Enjoy your vacation in the circus wagon on our property. In front of the circus wagon is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on the condition. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This is also within walking distance on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
