It is an 80 m² attic apartment on 2 levels (1st floor: hallway, wardrobe, built-in closet, shower room/toilet, 2nd floor: loft with complete kitchen, bar, dining table, couch (or sofa bed), desk, fireplace, double bed, bathroom (toilet/bathtub/washing machine) and folding bed if necessary. Monoblock air conditioning. Neighborhood quiet residential development right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. S-Bahn [suburban train] 7-minute walk or 1-minute bus. 15-minute drive to Marienplatz.

Within walking distance (10 min) there is the S-Bahn & regional train and (via e.g. Hacker Bridge / Oktoberfest, Marienplatz, Central Station). The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Quiet oasis of well-being | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The two-room apartment with shower room is located in a quiet area southeast of Munich. It is a five-minute walk from the S-Bahn station, a ten-minute drive from Ostbahnhof, and 20 minutes from Munich Central Station. With a covered south-facing balcony, the living room with open kitchen and the bedroom are flooded with light. Barrier-free and easily accessible by elevator. Animals, loud music and parties are unfortunately not allowed. The apartment may only be used by 2 people.

Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.
