Maresía está a unos pocos pasos del mar, con la mejor vista. Es una casa a estrenar de dos habitaciones, tiene un baño completo y un toilette, enorme living con comedor y cocina. Deck con parrilla y lugar para tomar sol o estar a la sombra. Está en Ocean Park, un lugar súper tranquilo pero a 25 minutos de Punta del Este y a 15 minutos de Solanas y Casapueblo, a un par de km del aeropuerto también. Tiene todas las comodidades para pasar unos días inolvidables.
