Unforgettable, we spent two amazing days. The place was simple but very comforting. Quiet, it is ideal to recharge and rest from the noise of the city. The sound of the waves and the environment complement its essence. Rosario is a genius, very friendly. We loved it and want to go back!

Great space, very close to Neptunia beach and local bus stop. There aren't many shops nearby, but the room has a great kitchen and community spaces. Gerladine is an excellent host, she has helped us at all times from check-in to check-out, including welcoming us after 11 p.m. Neptunia is close to Montevideo, but by bus the transfer can take between 40m and 1h, the bus stop is on the corner of the street, there is also the possibility of walking about 10 minutes to the highway. The bed and breakfast is very beautiful and well organized, has characteristics of nature and sustainability, with buildings that use recycled materials and bio-construction, remembering houses in Alto Paraíso de Goiás, Brazil.

We had a great experience in a special place. The location is perfect: quiet and surrounded by nature, but also close to the main street and the beach. The 360 view from the bedroom is breathtaking and the alternative and rustic atmosphere added a unique touch to our stay.

It's hard to put into words the amazing experience I had at Rosita's. The house has more than necessary, cozy, clean, a magical shared kitchen, the stove... the place is a temple of calm and peace with the sea nearby and the cool breeze, the sound of the waves, and Rosita and her comrades (the dogs, the chickens and the cat) are the best companions you can have. It's a journey that enlarges your soul, you connect with your being and nature, Rosa is the best host I've ever met, selfless, philanthropic, giving, generous, and with a lot to teach and share, she made my trip so enriching that her home will be a safe and reliable place that I will visit later. More than recommended, it's a must to live such an experience that can be found in few places and people, a total success.

Very cute little room middle in the nature. It’s obvious they put a lot of love in this place. For this price it can’t be better. Just one note: don’t make the same mistakes as I did and arrived before it gets dark; there’s not really a designated road and its bumpy, so drive slow and in daylight!

My friends and I stayed the week of New Year's. Great location, 10-minute drive to the beach. The staff at Estancia were very friendly and extremely responsive. We had a great stay!
