Family-friendly holiday rentals in Valencia

Segundo año en el apartamento de Claudio y encantados!!! Todo lo encontramos igual o mejor, muy buena zona, piscina insuperable, playa cerca y apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario y con Mady como siempre súper servicial y un encanto, nos seguiremos viendo!!

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

El departamenro de Justo fue amor a primera vista y no defraudo. Ademas de todas las comodidades q ofrece tiene un piano en la sala que para cualquier aficionado (como es el caso de nuestra familia) fue un plus. Justo es muy abierto y bondadoso con su espacio, comparte su hogar y sus bienes como si sus huespedes fueran familia. Te deja su musica, sus libros, sus bebidas con total confianza. Nos recibio con un aperitivo al llegar y estuvo en contacto previo a cada momento. El departamento tiene aire acondicionado en cada ambiente, ban̈os completo en cada habitacion. Lavadora, lavavajilla. Te deja elementos de playa, espacio en sus placares. Tiene agua filtrada en el grifo q parece una pavada pero resuelve enormemente la logística diaria. Se encuentra a distancia a pie de la Ciudad de la Ciencias y el Parque Gulliver. En fin, sin duda lo recomiendo y volveria (es cierto q tiene un tema de olor al accionar el ban̈o principal pero me temo que q un tema generalizado de Valencia y no propio)

The terrace views are fantastic, the place is clean and the kitchen and the living room are very spacious. In the kitchen you will find a lot of useful appliances. The host is very quick to answer and helpful. You get a lot of useful tips before you arrive to the house. Be mindful that a walk to the beach is not an option until you are a fan of long distances, but the view overlooking the bay fully compensates it. The stairs in the house are quite steep so be aware of that when traveling with little kids. The only minus I can find in this house is the fact that after a few (4-5) people took a warm shower, the rest of us had to wait about an hour for hot water to arrive, but it was not very burdensome. Overall, highly recommended!

Leuk huis om te vertoeven waarbij de nodige faciliteiten aanwezig waren. Het enige gemis was een ligstoel zodat we wat op eigen terrein konden genieten van 't zonneke. Heerlijk om 's morgens gewoon de appelsienen te kunnen plukken en vers te persen. Tevens kortbij een natuurpark waar het heerlijk wandelen is. Bij aankomst werden we héél hartelijk ontvangen door Nando en kregen dan ook info omtrent de omgeving, bezienswaardigheden en de lekkere restaurants. Denia is niet ver af en heeft zoveel te bieden. Het gaf ons een vakantie- en thuisgevoel. Bedankt! Dit adresje houden we zeker in gedachten.

Todo lo puedo abreviar en una palabra "excelencia"Olga muy atenta con todo y Tania quien entregó las llaves, siempre predispuesta a la organización de nosotros para la entrada y salida. La limpieza del lugar hay que destacarlo, impecable ya que es difícil encontrarse con un lugar así. Tienen un buen equipo. El lugar es cercano a la playa podéis ir caminando, teneis muy cerca un supermercado. El lugar es perfecto para desconectar unos dias y pasarlos genial.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in de prachtige villa. Alles was bij aankomst heerlijk schoon en precies zoals op de foto's. De kinderen konden lekker voetballen en spelen naast het huis zonder dat ze rekening met buren hoefden te houden. Bij vragen reageerde David direct en was heel erg behulpzaam. Dit huis lijkt te mooi om waar te zijn, maar aan de beschrijving is niets gelogen. Mocht je twijfelen, dan zeg ik: absoluut boeken!

We were excited to visit Valencia where our college student was studying Spanish. The host, Anthony, comminicated clearly and in a timely way before check-in, during the check-in process, and throughout our stay. He was generous with suggestions for how to fully enjoy Valencia, Las Fallas, and what to expect during the festival. The building is beautiful with old-world character yet modern comforts. The main living space opens onto a pretty courtyard. It was lovely to begin the day listening to the birds while drinking coffee provided by the host. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen. Having two bathrooms was an added bonus for our family of the three. The location of the apartment was great for walking all over Valencia to its most well-known sites and not far from many of the Las Fallas festivities. If we get to visit Valencia again we would book this amazing property without hesitation! You should do the same if you want to be close to sites of Valencia.

Una estancia espectacular en familia, 4 personas y 3 perritos. Hemos estado un fin de semana y se nos ha hecho corto. Ha sido incluso mejor de lo que pensábamos. El terreno enorme, una casa muy espaciosa, limpia y ordenada, y una piscina espectacular. Salva no nos puso ningun impedimento en la llegada ni en la salida, muy flexible e incluso nos ayudó a llegar. Muy receptivo y amable. La casa ofrece una tranquilidad impresionante, se esta fenomenal, tiene mucho jardín y nuestros 3 perritos lo han pasado en grande correteando por todo. Además está todo bien vallado y super seguro para ellos. Tiene una zona de BBQ y todas las instalaciones estan en perfectas condiciones. Ha sido espectacular estar en casa de Salva, y su atención aún mejor. Seguro que repetiremos. Estamos encantados, no podíamos haber elegido mejor. Sin duda ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas.

We stayed here before in 2017 so knew that it was a great location for the beach and the area. Also great metro connection for the city within easy reach. Alejandro was really helpful and made the trip successful

The pictures do not justify this lovely appartement. It had everything that I needed. Alexandra keeps everything super super clean and is always available! Will be coming back to this lovely appartement.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, appartement impeccable ! Très proche des commerces de proximité et de la cité des sciences. Environnement très calme. Hôte accueillant et toujours à l’écoute. Merci pour cet accueil, nous avons passé un très beau voyage !

Wie die Wohnung beschrieben ist - ist sie. Das Badezimmer ist für 4 Personen groß genug. Die Küche hat alles um jeden Tag zu kochen. Im Erdgeschoss des Nebenhauses gibt es einen Supermarkt. Gemüse, Fisch, Fleisch, Brot und anderes ist alles in wenigen Blöcken erreichbar. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen sind sehr nahe und fahren oft. Die Lage der Wohnung war für unseren ersten Trip nach Valencia wunderbar. Valencia - Wohnung - und die Gastgeberin waren ein Glück für uns.

Incredible views and friendly hosting. Special mention to Milio's son Fadel who brought me his HDMI cable and helped me connect to the TV. :)

De ruimte was groter dan de foto's op de site deden vermoeden, een aangename verrassing! Niets van geluid of andere prikkels gemerkt door de eigenaar en de andere gast, uniek! Super om eigen wasmachine te hebben, maar we genoten vooral een heel groot dakterras!

La casa es ideal para ir a pasar unos días de desconexión, se respira mucha tranquilidad. Está muy limpia por dentro, y bien cuidada. Tiene una zona exterior con Barbacoa grande que te permite disfrutar del aire libre. Tal vez hace falta un poco de menaje - utensilios para la Barbacoa, pero no es algo que te impida realizarla sin problemas. Gareth es un anfitrión muy amable y atento. Lugar recomendado.

Todo era perfecto para pasar unos dias en familia, fenomenal.

On recommande cette location Miguel est un super host La maison est très fonctionnelle, la piscine au top. La plage à 5 minutes à pied est très jolie et peu fréquentée. Bref un excellent plan !

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

Nick and Jeremy were great hosts and although live above we only saw them when we needed something. You have everything you need and the pool and table tennis kept the kids happy. BBQ and terrace were used every night and the living room was great with freeview and wifi so you can carry on working if needed. Nick and Jeremy cooked for us for one night and the food was amazing special mention to the banoffee pie! We would certainly recommend this villa and will be returning I am sure.

Nous étions 5 dans le logement proposé par José. Le logement est situé dans les étages supérieurs du bâtiment d’une résidence récente très calme et bien entretenue. L’emplacement est à proximité de plusieurs lignes de bus ce qui permet aisément de rejoindre les différents lieux de Valence. Le logement est très bien entretenu, et très propre à notre arrivée. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour en famille un peu comme à la maison ! A noter qu’il y a un commerce Consuum bien fourni à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Plusieurs restaurants et une boulangerie. Je conseille !

Wir haben die Woche in dem tollen Haus und wunderschönen Garten von Susan sehr genossen. Alles ist sehr gemütlich und großzügig, wir waren mit zwei Familien da und hatten sehr viel Platz. Die Kinder haben viele Tiere im Garten entdeckt und gerne mit dem Hund gespielt. Die Pool und die Terrasse sind riesig und man kann abends den Fröschen lauschen. Susan ist sehr freundlich und cool. Man ist schnell in den Bergen und schnell in Valencia. Wir würden die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für alles!
