We stayed in the apartment for a month. Our stay was very comfortable and cozy. The apartment looks even better than the photos. Everything is new, clean, and it's nice to be inside. Thank you, Jorge, we sincerely recommend it!

I was very well received by the host, throughout my stay in Valencia for two months. She responded very quickly if there was anything. The apartment was cleaned once every week, so it was always clean and tidy. The area was great, took about 20 minutes to walk to the most central parts of town, and it was very safe to walk home alone in the evenings. Have only positive things to say about the accommodation and the host Maria, and would definitely think about coming back here😊 The only "negative" would be that it was very cold in the apartment at the end of November/December, and the heat from the AC only stayed in my room and not in the rest of the apartment. And in the living room, I would have liked to have a couch. Other than that, everything was great!😊 👍

Brand new studio apt. on the ground level with a couple of stairs at entry. 5 min walk to the beach in a great location.
