Also, there is no central A/C—however, 3 portable A/C units are provided to help cool the space, but it can get warm during heatwaves. Most guests are fine with it!

There is enough parking for 2 cars to fit in tandem in the driveway + plenty of street parking. One bedroom has a K bed and the other is an office space with a trundle bed that can be set up as a T or K and a Q plug-in air mattress. Downstairs is an open concept with the livingroom, kitchen, and dining room. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The backyard has an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, the hot tub, and a sun deck.
