A short walk from the sea, our 130 m2 house classified as "furnished tourist property 3⭐️", is located in Lauzières (oyster farming village at the gates of La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré bridge). Composed of 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor, a large living room of 40 m2, a large kitchen (basic condiments are present) of 30 m2, shower room and bathroom: And if, after an exhilarating walk by the ocean, you let yourself be tempted by the sweetness of a crackling fire?

The Canons gîte

Independent apartment completely renovated in a charming Charentaise in the heart of the village. The accommodation is quiet and is located 15 min from La Rochelle, 10 min from Chatelaillon beach and 20 min from the Île de Ré bridge. A patio is available to enjoy the outdoors: grilling, sun loungers, relaxation... In the village you can enjoy the many amenities such as a bakery, playground, supermarket, caterer, pizzeria, and even a Michelin-starred restaurant.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay whether you are with family or friends, at the gates of La Rochelle in a small quiet and peaceful hamlet. It has an ultra spacious living room, a large terrace and a garden to share convivial moments. Close to bus stop, roads, bike path (Velodyssée), Rompsay canal. Come and enjoy the beaches (Île de Ré/Aix/LR), aquatic centre, aquarium, old port, Poitevin marsh... All less than 15 minutes away!

Small shop located in La Rochelle, in the very nice neighborhood of Tasdon (where we also live). The house is less than a 10 minute walk from the train station and less than 15 minutes walk from the port and the beach. You will find everything you need nearby : bakery, grocery store, supermarket, bus stop, pharmacy, tobacco, coffee... You can enjoy the entertainment of the city center a few steps away, while being protected from disturbances.

Cozy garden house near the beach

Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.

The Little House

A small Charente house, restored with passion, it was for a long time our holiday home. Everything is authentic : from old walls to furniture ... the small openings make it a very cool and pleasant house in summer, the thick walls are made of exposed stones, the floor is terracotta. The small garden, facing south is delimited by shrubs, roses, fruit trees, lilac .. you can eat on the terrace in the sun or in the shade .

Accommodation between sea and marsh

For 4 people (all ages) ideally couple with kids or baby. Rental includes on the ground floor: Living room with fireplace - Furnished kitchen upstairs 1 bedroom under mezzanine 1 bathroom/WC and 1 small bedroom with porthole. My accommodation is close to the listed site of the Abbey of Châteliers, 1.5 km from the center of the village of La Flotte and is ideal for couples or small families looking for rest.
