Villa with fantastic sea views. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, roof terrace (50 sqm), kitchen, oven, microwave, refrigerator, 23x12m infinity pool (not heated because it is too large, approx. 300m³) with palm trees and waterfall, bridge, outdoor shower, BBQ, 4 terraces, garage, air conditioning, WiFi, TV, washing machine, dryer, iron, towels, Electricity and water are charged according to consumption. meter readings are billed via the supplier's app. ONLY consumption ABOVE the normal is charged.

Tourist license VT-495881-A Privately owned. Have fun with the family at this stylish place in a small urbanization on a cove 2.5 km from El Campello. There are fantastic sea views from the roof terrace with fridge, comfortable corner sofas, and breakfast bar facing the sea. There's a patio with summer kitchen and shade just steps from the communal pool. 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house was refurbished 3 years ago. There is one air conditioning unit on the upper floor.

This historic home is the perfect spot for an authentic Spanish holiday in Benidorm. Beautiful modern villa situated just in 50 meters from waterline and breathtaking sea views can accommodate up to 10 people. The property has 3 bedrooms, 2+1 bathrooms, spacious living room, dining area and well equipped kitchen. The most attractive part of the entire house is a large roof terrace with Jacuzzi (not heated) and barbecue overlooking the sea and mountains.
