It consists of a living-dining room with an integrated kitchen, a bedroom with a bed, and a bathroom with a shower. It has everything you need to be able to stay, without the owner's personal belongings, with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks.
