Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Villajoyosa

This apartment is in a super location, away from the 'party' scene, but walkable to some good restaurants and shops. Parking was included and easy to use. We had a car part of our stay (two months) and walked everywhere the other times. Just down the street is a great hiking area with amazing views, and each tuesday and saturday there is a fantastic street market just a block away. The flat was super clean, the balcony was nice and everything worked just perfectly. We'd stay here again when visit the area in the future.

Great apartment - seemed very new and clean. We loved taking dips in the indoor spa pool and the on-site gym was really convenient. Very close to a petrol station with a decent shop, with a supermarket only 5 mins further away and a big shopping precinct with a hyper market only a 5 min drive away. Thanks for a great stay :)

Jirij was a kind, friendly and responsive host. He even messaged to enquire if we got home safely. Our flight was early, but jurij stored our luggage until the apartment was ready. The supermarket was in the same vicinity which was a plus. We have stayed in the area quite a few times, but this was by far the best. The boulevard and numerous restaurants are all within walking distance as is the beach. We will definitely be back Highly recommended.

Family week in Karen's apartment super well,it is very cozy and quiet, good location, main services nearby. There is a park where the kids have a wonderful time In the pool the children have enjoyed a lot. They were always on the lookout for us. Thank you.

The apartment is even better than the photos. The whole place was super clean and it all felt so new. It had everything we need for our family of 4 (8yr and 13yr old). The heated pool was perfect, espicially as it was April and the temperatures a bit cooler. Supermarket is only a few minutes walk away with the beach and shopping centre only a little further. Great apartment, great location. Definitely would stay again

Just back from a stay at Jorge’s apartment, it’s absolutely beautiful and well located for the restaurants in the marina, the views are spectacular everywhere you look from the complex, the apartment itself is beautifully decorated and homely, we would highly recommend this place as Jorge is super responsive and helpful.

I just celebrated my 40th birthday in the Intempo building and I can't be more satisfied. The experience has been simply unforgettable. From the first moment, the treatment received has been impeccable. The attention to detail, the quality of the facilities and the luxury environment created the perfect environment to disconnect and enjoy with my family. I especially emphasize the tranquility that you breathe throughout the building, something very valued when you are looking for real rest. The views, cleanliness, interior design, and common areas far exceeded our expectations. The combination of comfort, exclusivity, and elegance made this stay a truly special celebration. We spent a great time at Cristina’s place; the location is perfect: one cannot get a better place: it is quiet, yet so close to the bustle of the beach area. The apartment is spacious and clean, equipped with all necessities. The communication with the host went smoothly. She is a really helpful and caring person. Definitely, recommend this place.

This host was always easily accessible and despite different languages we got along well. The house was extremely clean and offered us a good location for a home office for 3 months. We will be happy to come back here.

Everything was perfect, very nice space for long stays. The location is very good, close to the main tram station and several bus stops.

The apartment was lovely. Loved the area! The bikes were such a great perk. It was easy to get around and nice areas around. A short trip to many different beaches by bike on beautiful terrain. Was able to take more routes. The apartment worked well for a long-term rental. The best-equipped home has traveled a lot. Found everything and more! If you're in an active neighborhood, people are really nice and helpful. The pool area is tidy and so is the water in the pool. Can also swim well, that is, length. A good clothes washer is a big plus. There were short programs and the drying was done quickly in the yard.
