I am amazed - such a beautiful home with such a beautiful view! This home has everything you need. We didn't miss anything. Beautiful location, lots of activities. Shops are very close. The beach is right next to the house, and you can admire the beautiful view from your window every day! This apartment can successfully accommodate the whole family (up to 6 people). The living space is much larger than it looks in the picture! The host is very welcoming, understanding and friendly! I highly recommend it and we really want to come back here someday! ❤️

Private compact 5th floor flat set 2 streets back from 5 min walk to sea. With fabulous uninterrupted panoramic view of Mediterranean sunrise (March) Definitely would recommend

Felt welcoming just walking into apartment everything I needed , loved having coffee in the morning and looking out at the salt flats with flamingos walking about. Restaurant just downstairs, quiet location but short walk to town and harbour, plenty of places to eat or just chill and watch the world go by. Many supermarkets within short walk, as well as bus station with regular service went to Alicante and Elche, quick cheap and efficient service. Thinking of going again next year

Africa turned out to be very flexible given the circumstances of my reservation (I booked for my parents and my daughter) and communicated with them very smoothly all the time. They enjoyed very nice and very comfortable days in the apartment in Africa

Just back from my 2 week stay at Alfonso's apartment and enjoyed immensely. Apartment was spotless and just a few yards from the bars and resturaunts. Nice sea views from the balcony and the beach is a short walk which suits me. Hoping to book again for Christmas as soon as I know my work load and flights. Highly recommended, Alfonso replied very quickly to correspondence and very helpful. Thanks for a great experience.

We were very pleased with the location and accommodation. the only slight criticism would be the showers could do with an update.

We came here, 3 generations to celebrate a birthday. Perfect house with plenty of room, a big nice outdoor-area for the oldest to socialise with a glass of wine while the youngest enjoyed the heated pool (and sauna). Grocery store not very far away, but we also discovered the Glovo-app which we used several times, both for take-away dinner and bread-delivery in the mornings. Taxi was easy to get , once we learned how to from the host :) Would definately recomend this house for families!

We had a spectacular weekend at Carlos's house. I went with a group of friends and we stayed all weekend inside the house. Enjoying the pool, cooking and desktops in the table. The house is spacious and has several environments to share in a group. We'll definitely repeat it. it's beautiful.

100% recommended! Our stay at the cottage was simply perfect. Ana and her husband are exceptional hosts: close, attentive and always willing to help in anything we needed. The house is impressive, spacious and with a lot of charm. We were a group of 13 friends and had room to spare. Despite being winter, the temperature inside was very nice at all times. One of the greatest pleasures was enjoying its two fireplaces in the huge living room, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. In addition, the environment is a wonder: in the middle of nature, surrounded by an immense pinada ideal for hiking trails. If you travel with kids or pets, this place is perfect. We will definitely stay here again when we have the chance. It's been an unforgettable experience. Thanks for everything! :)

We enjoyed these days in Oliva a lot. In Monica we did not meet her in person but several members of her family who responded to our demands with kindness, speed and effectiveness . The super well-located house. Going out to the terrace, crossing the street and finding yourself in front of the sea is wonderful. Simple, well equipped, tastefully decorated, bright, comfortable, cheerful colors in which one feels right away at home. Less positive point: One of the rooms is really small, hot and windowless. It has a glazed opening that faces the living room and not the outside which exposes it to all the noises in the living room and the staircase. But the truth is that we would repeat again without hesitation :)

The stay was wonderful. The host was helpful at all times and very friendly. The house is even better than the photos and the place is perfect to disconnect from everything. We will definitely be back. Thank you

This place was everything and more The check in was amazing with their friend greeting us and showing us around. The apartment was very well furnished and very clean. The hosts were easily contactable. The apartment made the trip will book again.

The listing is as described and photographed and is perfect for a couple. The parking space in the residence and the supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away are real assets. The terrace was also very nice. We would recommend this listing.

Very comfortable apartment for 8 people. If 2 people want to sleep on the couch, 10 could also stay there for a short time. 2 toilets and bathroom. Barbecue and washing machine available. In addition, the excellent location: sea view, but it is less than 5 minutes from the apartment door to the sea, and only because the beach is so big. The 12th floor allows a fantastic view, we mostly walked the stairs, was no problem. Gandi: Perfectly maintained beach, restaurants everywhere with reasonable prices, the old town is also beautiful and public transport is sufficient (car is still recommended for longer distances).

The apartment was perfect, very clean and with all the necessary amenities, we could not find any problems. Yamilka responds quite quickly, and let us leave a bit later from the apartment with the condition to give notice in advance, which made things quite easy for us. The urbanization is very nice and quiet, the only thing is that it is a short walk from the beach, but it is not a problem, it is 10 minutes. We had a great vacation!!

The home is located near the beach, shops and bars. The apartment is very bright and comfortable... Ideal for a great stay! Hugo has been attentive at all times for what we could need. Thanks a lot, see you next time ;-)
