The two combinable house halves in a old farmhouse with their own paddock and horse stable. Very high quality and modern renovated. Via the farm, an orchard leads to the lake meadow, from which you have a lake view, (but no direct lake access). The Beuteler bathing meadow is a few minutes away, fields, meadows and an equestrian farm invite you to hike, horseback riding, swimming, cycling. In the evening a fire in yard or with lake view. Pure silence, nature and idyll - but on a high feel-good standard.

Beautiful place to stay close to the center in a quiet location

Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our granny apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

Beach house "Sun"

You can spend time with your loved ones at this family-friendly home. The house, with its three bedrooms, ideally accommodates up to 6 adults and 4 children. Thanks to an extra bed in the gallery upstairs, it would be possible to accommodate 2 more people. Just 300 metres from the holiday home, the beach of the seaside resort of Lubmin offers wonderful relaxation away from the mass tourism. Here your children can play and bathe in the shallow water.

There is pure relaxation here: Whether you come for an extended weekend or stay for a long time, you will feel at least as comfortable as at home in the biologically and sustainably renovated half-timbered house. The use of traditional natural building materials, mainly wood and clay, creates a unique indoor climate. The furnishings combine very contemporary living comfort with lovingly restored furniture. The apartment is on the upper floor and sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The spacious living area invites you to linger even on bad weather days.
