Beautiful apartment in the heart of the Volcanic Eifel

The apartment is in Daun, OT Pützborn, in a quiet location. The footpath to Daun goes uphill. In the village is the Wild-u. adventure park and REWE (open until 10 pm). The Volcanic Eifel, known for its maars, has many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The Eifelsteig is nearby. The Kosmosradweg [bike path] provides easy access to the Maare-Mosel bike path. The Nürburgring and all sights can be reached by car. Daun-Senheld Airport offers sightseeing flights over the maars, the Mosel or the Nürburgring.

Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

The property is located on the outskirts in the upper part of the 250-soul town of Aremberg between Blankenheim and Adenau. The altitude of 550 meters above sea level allows wide views over the countryside. Gartenstraße is very quiet, it is also the Ahrsteig. Nature lovers will be pleased, the biodiversity of fauna and flora is great, in the sky the red kite makes its rounds, great spotted woodpecker, middle spotted woodpecker and green woodpecker are happy at the old trees.

It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Unser ehemaliger Bauernhof mit Traumblick liegt am Rande ein idyllisches Eifel-Dörfchen. Die zwei freistehende Holz-Ferienhäuser bieten Platz für insgesamt 18 Personen. Unsere sanierte Ferienwohnung "Hekla" bietet Platz für 2-3 Personen. Wohnung Hekla ist Teil vom Bauernhof-Haupthaus. Der Heidberghof liegt direkt am Waldrand. Es gibt kein Durchgangs-Verkehr. Auf dem Hof leben neben wir, eine holländische Familie, auch Islandpferde, Hunde, Katzen und Hühner.
