The 35 sqm apartment is located in a new building and will be ready for occupancy from September 2025. The apartment combines a modern living feeling with Alpine charm - perfect for a relaxing stay in the popular holiday region between Karwendel and Wetterstein.

Cozy apartment just under 40 m² - great view

The south-facing apartment offers a great view of the Alpine world of Karwendel and Wetterstein. It has been recently renovated and furnished. There are sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people - but it is ideal for 2-3 people. The apartment has almost 40 m² of very clean living space: dining-living room (with spacious, fully equipped kitchenette), bedroom (with wide double bed and new mattresses), private bathroom with natural light, south-facing balcony, private parking.

Our cosy apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an integrated sitting area, a bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom and a living room with a pull-out sofa bed. In addition, the apartment has two wonderful balconies where you can marvel at the mountains. A parking space right in front of the house is free of charge. Charging stations for electric vehicles are at the beginning of the street. Towels and bed linen are provided by us.
