Beautiful historic home in amazing DuPont Circle neighborhood!

The house was absolutely beautiful and accommodated our family size very well. When there was an issue with the downstairs electrical socket, John immediately sent his electrician over to fix it. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at Marie’s beautiful place! It was a quiet respite from the city in a large but cozy home. Everything we needed was available plus some! We all agreed that we wished for one more day just to stay “home” and relax without activities in the city. This home is a quick drive to the metro making it very convenient. The home is unique and well furnished, has comfortable bedding, with excellent and ample linens. The kitchen has high end appliances and large windows with great views including wildlife! Everything was exceptionally clean with ample closet and storage space. Our family of 8 adults thoroughly enjoyed the stay and hope to return! Thanks Marie!

Had a Great stay the place was like the pictures/description. A few notes the bathrooms got a little hot/humid when trying to get ready. I wasn’t aware that there was a rental apartment underneath…. Parking for a group with more than two cars is a little tricky but it’s in a city so can’t expect too much, there was a spot in the garage area and a street parking pass for another. A little pricey but I would definitely rent again if budget allows.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home in DC! The location couldn’t have been better—everything we had planned was less than a 10-minute Uber away, and the neighborhood was super walkable. The house was exactly as pictured, but somehow even more stunning in person. It comfortably accommodated our large group, and we had plenty of space to relax and enjoy. There was a slight misunderstanding with accessing the private parking, but it wasn’t a big issue—we were able to park right in front of the home with no problem. The host was kind, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. They do have quiet hours, and the host kindly reminded us to be mindful, but they were not mean or overly strict about it—just a friendly heads-up. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting DC. This will definitely be my go-to spot whenever I’m in the city, and I’m excited to check out their other listings too!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb with my women's group! The place was clean, welcoming, and easy to manage from check-in to check-out. It had everything I needed for a comfortable retreat. The only minor issue was the AC, which could use some improvement, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would be happy to return if needed.

Great place, location, and host!

It was nice. There was ants in a room and after showers the ceiling began leaking. Few issues but Franco communicated very well. We had a great time despite small issues. Otherwise everything was great and it was spacious

It was a good location, roomy, comfortable, clean, and much better than a hotel for a group of friends.

Such a lovely, comfortable home. Everything we needed. Loved the location. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and neighbors were friendly. There's a park with walking trails and lake half a mile walk away. The house was perfect. Relaxing. Comfortable beds and bedding. The record player was an added bonus, as were the puzzles and board games for the rainy days. Communication was excellent. Answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home located in a very serene peaceful neighborhood. Enough space for everyone to feel at home and very well maintained. Lots of stairs, as the listing states, but that was not an issue for us but is something to note. Games were available and a the garden was amazing to relax and let the kids play. We would definitely stay at Jon's place again! Highly recommend!

David’s place was exactly as described and what the photos displayed it to be. It was perfect for our group and our weekend. Check in was easy. Parking was easy, all of our cars fit in the driveway. David was responsive and friendly. We had no issues and a great time.

my family and I had an amazing time at Julia's place. She is an amazing host and the house was well furnished and we really enjoyed our 11 day stay there. look forward to coming back again.

Staying at Luam's place was great! The house looks exactly as it is listed. We wish the pool would have been available for use :( but all other amenities and accommodations were exceptional! The house came with a fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking a great meal. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for all of my guests. There could be more mirrors in the house as the only mirrors were in the bathrooms and 1 large mirror in the living room and the beds were slightly hard but that did not take away from how amazing the house was. It was 20 minutes from DC in a quiet area. The perfect home away from home. Thanks, Luam for being so responsive and providing easy check-in instructions. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Perfect place for our stay in Germantown. Very cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space and also the family room was big enough for everyone to hang out together.

Andy was very accomdating and so helpful. Clear communication and instructions. There were small touches that made the house feel like a home. The house was so clean and everything we needed was there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
