"LüserLANDLUST" means "Pleasure to be on the countryside" and the house is an historical protected site built in 1759, which has been completely renovated in 2015. There are 4 bedrooms, which offer enough space for 4 to 6 people. We kept the spirit of the house by a respectful restauration with keeping part of the original furniture and decoration from the 50ths to the 70ths. Please be aware that the ceiling is 2,20m ( 7,3ft) in the first floor and 1,85 m ( 6 ft ) in the second floor minus 10 cm ( 0,3ft) for joists in some rooms. The house has got 4 bedrooms ( 2 double, 2 single ) , 1 bathroom,1 spacious living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen. If you are a party of 5 or 6 you may use another extra bathroom, wich is still in original condition, but ok as well.... We provide everything you need for a pleasant stay: bed linen, towels, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, water boiler.

Small, colorful villa in Bonn Plittersdorf

My small terraced house has three floors, is about 100 square meters and stands on a plot of almost 300 square meters. I live in the house and move out when guests come. The Rhine and Bonn International School are about 1 km away. The Rhine meadow, the Postbank, the WCCB and Telekom are within a maximum of 4 km. Dogs are very welcome. Since I have very old neighbors and the house is very light-hearted, parties and events are prohibited. Night rest: 10 pm

The apartment basically presents itself as an independent small house. On the ground floor is the spacious living / dining kitchen with attached living room. The staircase leads to the upper floor with great views of nature. There are also the two bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with shower. Otherwise, 2 adults are always counted per room. It is located on our private farm right next to our own estate tavern and opposite our Rhöndorf inn. You can also rent e-bikes on request or taste our wines from the Weingut Haus im Turm in our estate tavern.
