It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Our modern two-room flat offers a small bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room, a modern bathroom with a rain shower, and two sunny terraces. The apartment has its own access via the garden. Parking is possible on the road, which has very little traffic. Due to the rural location, a car is recommended. Munich can be reached in about 35 minutes, and the mountains in 50 minutes by car.

Parking is available in front of the house on the street. By car, it is just under 5 minutes to the nearest bakery / supermarket. Note: We have a dog.
