Thanks for the stay, the property was a great place to sleep while in town for a weekend event. Quick walk across to the street to the beach and restaurant. Would have loved to pay a bit extra to check out later, due to a late night flight, but understood.

Super easy check in procedure and convenient place, communication was great with host. They are always available if you have an issue, will definitely recommend and stay again!

Cozy and convenient apartment with a close colmado that facilitates the stay. Well decorated, comfortable and with everything necessary for a great stay. Luis and Ariel are always attentive and attentive. Amenities and details that allow you to relax and not think of anything at all. i went with my boy and it felt great. having tv in each room is a VERY wise decision that they should copy every Airbnb. Fast internet and phenomenal showers. i recommend it 100% and would love to go back

I absolutely loved my stay at this home! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed from start to finish. The highlight, though, was the backyard—it was simply incredible! Whether I was relaxing outside with a coffee in the morning or unwinding in the evening, it was the perfect place to enjoy my time.

Clean place and Gil is a very good host

Perfect place to stay for a buddies golf trip. Close to everything. Would be great for families with kids with the game room and pool.

We traveled with a group of 11 adults to this area for a week of Cardinal, spring training and fun. The house was centrally located for our needs . We spent time in Jupiter, Lake Worth, Delray Beach, and West Palm Beach, Victoria and Alex were very prompt to respond to us. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Home was perfect for our 1 night stay before heading to the airport! Very quiet and private neighborhood!

Excellent place to stay. The pool and backyard was nice, and the bathrooms were also great. The spaces in the front and back yards were private and nicely decorated.

Gee was very reponsive, when I had a question. She inquired about check in shortly after, always attentive when needed. Rules for home are clear. Home is just gorgeous. The posted pictures give the home no justice. Super homelike feel. Gee Thank you so much.

This was our first time in Costa Rica, so we were a little intimidated about staying in the heart of a big city. However, from start to finish we had a wonderful time! The condo was easy to find and located next to a ton of restaurants, bars, markets, museums parks… I could go on but there was so much to do we couldn’t fit it all in during our 3 night stay. The property was clean, beautiful, safe and private. As for the host, Karil, he was fantastic as well. He contacted us with very thorough instructions prior to our arrival, as well as a litany of suggestions for places to eat and things to do. I would stay at a property owned by Karil again without hesitation. I cannot recommend this airbnb enough! 5+ stars and we would love to stay here again if we are ever back in San Jose!

Everything was as pictured in photos..the apartment felt like a home away from home..iam a person that has ocd so when I say this was perfect please believe me…come check it out for yourself and watch the beautiful sunset from the roof while in the jacuzzi… thank y’all for everything I be back real soon

The penthouse condo was fabulous. Perfect & safe location, close to the beach & everything. We loved the pools, too. The kitchen was excellent & had everything we needed. The house manual was very helpful & detailed. George was a great communicator & very responsive. We can’t wait to come back!

Stunning views and wonderful Ritz Carlton amenities and service at this property. Very comfortable and quiet condominium set up….and it was awesome even with lousy weather!
