Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in West Indies

The house is very nice, comfortable, the photos reflect the condition of the house as it is. The person who helps in the house Zully is spectacular, friendly and attentive to everything to support. the ensemble is quiet, great for walking, we went with a pet and was perfect for walking. Very good stay and we would repeat it without a doubt.

Denis was an excellent host, we did not want to bring anything to cook and he is an excellent cook. He has your tastes and what the region offers at a very affordable price, breakfast is included and is wonderful. It's worth knowing the place and getting to know it at. Thank you very much

we absolutely loved Nick's place. the location was so easy to get too and really close to grocery stores and only 10 min to the beach. the house was really clean , fully stocked and beautiful inside. We enjoyed hanging out around the pool and the dock was so relaxing . we caught several fish and crab. we definitely recommend Nick's home. it's a 5 star property.

Kathleen thought about everything! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could possibly need during our stay. The property is recently renovated so a lot of things were new. The location was great and the house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. One thing to note is that one room has thick curtains instead of a door. It wasn’t a problem for us, but just mentioning it so people are aware. Would definitely consider booking Red Door Siesta again!

Sandra was a great host. She was proactive, very communicative, friendly and wanted to make sure my family and I had a great stay. The rental felt like home, was clean, bright, safe and private. Sandra send recommendations, local attractions, and even offered for me to reach out for anything she may have not provided, but there wasnt anything she missed. This was my first trip to Puerto Rico and thanks to the great experience I am already planning another!

This home exceeded all of our expectations. A lot of peace and tranquility, very well equipped and an amazing view!

We really enjoyed staying at the studio. It’s equipped with everything you need to cook, it’s cosy and super clean. Even though Aruba’s beaches are gorgeous, we also enjoyed having a swimming pool where to freshen up in the morning or after a day at the beach. The neighbourhood is quite far away from the touristic areas, but quickly accessible by car. Last but not least, Ady and Yves were friendly and always made sure we had all we needed.

Perfect gated community with pool and access to beach. Apartment was just as pictured. 10 minutes a to luquillo beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Super equipped apartment with everything you need and more, it is a penthouse so there are steep stairs although the place is worth it.

As a solo traveller this place was perfect for me. Modern, airy and spotlessly clean. More than enough kitchen equipment. 2 huge smart TVs so I could use my Netflix etc. 5 min walk to the caboose….best place on the island for fish cutters and a really cool vibe going on there. On the 3 minute walk from the property to the main road I think I chatted to every local. Such a friendly neighbourhood. And I saw a monkey run along the garden fence! All in all I had an amazing 11 days, and I’ll defo be returning. Thanks Halim

Saul's place was perfect. The rooftop was AMAZING!! And everything was very close. Easy to walk to the beach, close to restaurants and stores. The place was exactly as described. We had 6 people there and it was great. Saul was very communicative and helpful. I would not hesitate booking this place again.

Wow, I think I only have positive things to say about Frank and Caroline's space that we used for the week. First of all, the directions on how to check in and find the condo were very detailed. I appreciate all the recommendations on where to eat and things to check out after landing at the airport. This is the first time my family has been to Puerto Rico and it did not disappoint. Frank is very responsive and a communication is top-notch. the views that we had from the condo left us speechless. Everything that you would expect to find in the space was there such as a coffee maker, basket of sunscreen and bug spray, games, cool looking ice cubes and already made ice and filtered pitchers of water. The beds were very comfortable for all of us. I love how we were walking distance to the beach and the food truck area that had a lot to choose from. it's nice that this condo is very close to a lot of other beaches, shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. Hope to return again!

Excellent location, very quiet place, very comfortable for the family and for kids, beautiful view, beautiful surroundings, with a beach, a pool, a basketball and tennis court, too and a 10 minute walking distance from the "Malecón de Naguabo" where there are a lot of places to eat and very delicious. Hosts very responsive and proactive to help with everything! Thanks Diane and Luis for sharing this blessed place with us!

This place is exactly as described: “Absolutely heavenly”. While the condo is just a bit off the beaten path - you can’t walk to any restaurants or stores - the setting and the views are absolutely breathtaking. The rooftop terrace can only be described as incredibly amazing. The condo is very well maintained, very close to the airport, close to all of the main beaches in Puerto Plata., and there are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes drive. However, my primary reason for sharing this review online is to share with any potential renters that there is a hidden gem located just a few minutes from this condo. That hidden gem is Playa Alicia. While there are many beautiful beaches in Puerto Plata, this one small beach is awesome. On a map you will note that it is just to the east of Sosua. It is a much smaller beach, very intimate, the water is crystal clear, and there are no rocks. As a traveler this is the kind of information I appreciate the most.

I agree with all the other 5-star reviews (great location, neat apartment, clean community pool, etc.), so I'll just list a couple of specific compliments in this review. First, the Aloha condo complex is very intimate compared to the neighboring high rise condos. It contains about 20 cute little condos clustered around a recently rebuilt pool with sparkling clear water, somewhat reminiscent of Melrose Place. Brian's 1-BR unit is on the second (and top) floor so it has the best views of the ICW and of sunsets. There are plenty of community deck chairs and chaise lounges for you to relax mere steps from the water. Second, Brian's communications was outstanding both leading up to our rental and during. He recommended a local fishing charter for my son and I, and kept in constant (but non-intrusive) contact with us through the rental process. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, without any onerous clean up demands I'd heard horror stories about. I would definitely book again!
