Room darkening curtains, AC, TV w/Roku, full bath/shower unit, pullout sofa and queen size bed all in a very large and open floor plan! The first floor is set up as a gym/workout room. The Mulberry Manor House is conveniently located outside of Washington DC, close to Dulles International & Reagan International airports. Minutes from I66 & public transportation to DC. In the heart of Horse & Wine Country, close to Manassas National Battlefield Park, in historic Haymarket, minutes from historic Middleburg, & The Plains, & still in close proximity to high end shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, hospitals & all the major modern conveniences that Northern Virgina has to offer.

The space is an open concept classroom inside of an old school 500 yards from the C&0 Canal Lock 70. Guests of Lock 70 Schoolhouse enjoy the entire space of this open concept which includes 1 King Bed, 2 Bunk Beds, and a fully stocked coffee bar area with a microwave, water cooler and refrigerator and internet. A private bathroom with a hot shower awaits after your long day on the trail. Also housed in the school is a restaurant and a small store (owned by a separate party, closed on Mondays.)

The hot tub is a new feature on the property. It is located on the lower deck. Guests who utilize the hot tub do so at their own risk. In order to ensure your safety and for our protection, no one under the age of 12 is permitted to enter/use the hot tub.
