Great area and perfect if you want too be out of the town area

We had a wonderful stay at Jennica’s Airbnb. She was very friendly and responsive to our booking and messages, and she provided a great guide for things to do, dining, and shopping. We’ve visited Waynesville often, and her guide is filled with our favorites. The cottage is nicely decorated and furnished, very clean, and comfortable, especially the very comfortable and stylish living room recliners and couch. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. Best of all, the location is perfect! Some of our favorite places (diner, bakery, and bookstore) are in Hazelwood Village and are only a short walk down the street. Downtown is within walking distance (for some) or just a couple of minutes drive to park and walk in downtown. And the surrounding area is beautiful for outdoor adventures. We also attended an event at WCU, which is only a 30-minute drive. We are so glad that we have found Jennica’s Airbnb and hope to stay again. Thanks!

Darcy’s home was perfect for our quick stay in Asheville. It was close enough to uber for a reasonable price to just about anywhere in Asheville. The decor was lovely and charming and it was so easy to relax and feel at home. Definitely recommend and will stay again if back in the area.

Asheville is beautiful and this home puts you conveniently near it all. Plenty of space for the dogs and every need for us was thought of before hand. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A most pleasant place to stay

This place was simple and amazing! Such a gorgeous view - we wanted to sit outside in the rocking chairs all days. Perfect place for a small reunion with children. We would definitely rent again - hosts were super responsive.

We had a great 3 week stay at Jimmy and Beth’s Airbnb! The house is very close to the lake which was nice for the kids. We were even able to walk to downtown. The house itself was extremely clean. It was a little smaller than we were expecting, but we were able to make do with the space. We even had a family Thanksgiving meal with the host’s approval. It was great for a remote working family!

Highly recommend staying here! The balcony is lovely, the views are lovely, and just down the hill is a wonderful brewery with even more lovely views. We love staying in the French broad district and hope to visit again soon.

Amazing stay! Lovely stay near downtown! The neighborhood is quiet which was perfect for our furry friend. The back yard was lovely and so was the home. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean! We will definitely be staying again

This is a beautiful comfortable roomy safe, quiet place. It is close to grocery stores and the city bakery cafe. The little porch was a peaceful outdoor spot to relax. Listening to some albums was nostalgic. Thanks so much for sharing this special home.

Michelle is an amazing host and the apartment was perfect. Clean, well appointed, she had so many nice touches and I felt very welcome and taken care of.

Cool and comfortable respite after a hot Asheville day! Bed was comfortable. Shower was great! Clean and clutter free. Lots of local information available and Corinne was friendly and quick to respond to our questions. Neighborhood was fun and funky, in the best possible way. Our weather was not conducive to walking, but it might be a bit challenging, unless you like a hill, but nothing was more than 10 minutes away by car! Good choice for the two of us and our RAD adventure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was modern, spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. We were not bothered with street noise. This complex is directly next door to the Foundry and we enjoyed the easy walk there for a cocktail before dinner at Curate. This is a better choice than a hotel as there is more room and a full kitchen. I also appreciated that there were local Asheville items in the unit- locally made bowls, coffee mugs etc

Location, location, location. Very walkable to all the best restaurants and breweries. Very clean and well decorated.

My stay at City Casita was delightful. It was clean and well-equipped. And best of all, it was CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!! I parked my car when I got there on Thursday eve and didn't get in it again until my time to leave on Sunday. There is everything you could want and more nearby! Joslyn's directions to get into the house were superb. That said it's a little complicated so pay attention to the details. Though close to everything, the condo units are tucked a little behind a parking garage and large facilities unit, so it feels a bit more industrial for those two blocks. I walked everywhere and loved it, but will note one night walking alone after dark I felt a little uncomfortable. I never felt that way during the day. And I would have been fine even at night, if I hadn't been by myself. Even with that - it was completely worth it for me. I love the easy access and walkability in downtown. Thank you, Joslyn - I would definitely stay here again.

I would highly recommend this spot to friends visiting Asheville! Very easy to find, close to downtown while still quiet, and above a wonderful bar!

We rented Lynne's place to attend the Billy Strings 3-night run in Asheville. Easy and convenient walk to the venue, restaurants, etc. Never took my car out of the parking garage the entire stay. Beautiful accommodations. Excellent experience across the board. I highly recommend it.

The place was clean and had all the amenities one would need. Semi secluded but close enough to get to all the attractions near Asheville. Place was secure and hosts were quick to answer any and all questions.
