Apartment in the completely renovated old building from 1910, 3rd Upper floor, high ceilings, spacious bathroom, modern furnishings and parquet flooring. The apartment is located in the lively district of Flingern. In the vicinity there are a large number of cafes, restaurants and small stores. The nearest tram stop is about 150 meters away. We belong to the city center and therefore the resident parking regulations apply to us. If you are traveling by car, we will be happy to show you how and where to park.

The highlight of the region is the water ski resort, which is about 10 minutes away and is visited by many as a day trip.

This spacious 2-bedroom apartment is located between the Messe / Arena and the airport in a quiet residential area. Both can be reached within a few minutes by bus or on foot. The nearby metro takes you quickly and easily to the old town or the main train station. Despite the central location, you can enjoy the peace and quiet after your business appointment. A breakfast service is available, coffee and tea is always available. Wi-Fi is also included.
