Our accommodation is in Ratingen-Lintorf on the outskirts of Düsseldorf. Airport (11 km), Düsseldorfer Messegelände (13 km). The apartment is located in a two-family house with parking facilities directly in front of the house. In 5 minutes walk, a forest area with pond invites you to walk and jog. Various supermarkets and a small city center can be reached under one km. A bus stop with connection to Düsseldorf and S-Bahn stations is within walking distance in a few minutes. You will greatly appreciate my place because of the cleanliness, coziness and good amenities, as well as the peace and quiet in the house. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Cosy apartment in an old half-timbered house, furnished with a great deal of care. Separate entrance, sunny terrace.. here only the birds "disturb". The property is at the end of a dead end in the middle of forest and meadows. Great for hikers and bikers, starting right outside. In the large garden behind the house, you can sunbathe to your heart's content, sit comfortably under the walnut tree, use the sauna (£10 for additional costs), or end the day by the campfire!

Our accommodations offer you space for several guests and are therefore perfect as a fitter's room or for exhibitors at a trade fair in Düsseldorf. The cities of Dortmund, Essen and Duisburg can also be reached in a maximum of 1 hour by car, so you can easily visit the most important cities in North Rhine-Westphalia.

You can rent the apartment in our detached house for yourself. This is where we connected a new router. Now there is the latest WLan technology WIFI 6. The 50sqm with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is situated in a quiet dead end street. A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.

For the first day you will find coffee, tea, noodles, etc. in the kitchen cabinet. If you have sunny weather, you can also have a barbecue on your own terrace. A small grill and charcoal are available for you. (A butcher shop is also right next door) You also have a fireplace and your own sauna to relax.

The recently renovated apartment is on the 1st floor of a listed country house. It is situated in a large garden. The garden is adjacent to a public park with playgrounds, sports facilities and a deer enclosure. The view from the apartment is dominated by the garden with old trees. From the entrance there are two steps up into kitchen, living room and bedroom.
