Welcome to our historical home! The villa was build as a representative domicile for a pharmacist. Nowadays the spacious house offers space for three flats. The holiday home is situated in its souterrain with a direct access to the garden. The residential area is completely private as well as the kitchen. You can reach the private bathroom through a shared corridor. Inside the residential area there is a king-size bed for sleeping for two and a studio couch, that can be used also by up to two.

Über einen eigenen Eingang von der ruhigen Straße gelangen Gäste zum frisch renovierten Apartment. Es befindet sich im 2.Stock eines Hinterhauses im typisch bergischen Stil, und mit urigen, ausgetretenen Holzstufen im Treppenhaus. Die Wohnung hat eine Küche mit angrenzendem Wohnraum, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Garderobe im Eingangsbereich funktioniert als Kleiderschrank und Vorratskammer gleichermaßen. Dazu gibt es eine kleine Terasse mit Garten.

Genießt entspannte Stunden in der eigenen Dampf-Sauna oder entspannt im Ganzjährigen Jacuzzi mit Panorama Blick auf wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Die Schiebefenster lassen sich alle zum Sonnen komplett öffnen. Leider ist die Momentane Internetverbindung noch nicht stabil, was zwischenzeitlich beim Tv zu Stockungen führen kann Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden, nur ein Stand Lüfter.

From the parking lot, you can reach your accommodation over a total of 50 steps, which is set up like a tiny house-style hotel room. The house has a double bed (1.80 m), a tea kitchen, a sitting area with comfortable armchairs and table, a plateau with a rest area for reading and a fully equipped bathroom with shower and toilet.
